Wow! What great service! And the fast turn around was really appreciated. Its always nerve wracking to take my car in for service. But no need to worry at AVS. I got to meet the owner, Andrei, and he’s just a solid dude, super welcoming, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff. No weird vibes, no pressure, just straight up honest conversation. They took the time to really look everything over, explain what was going on, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Pricing was very fair, especially for how thorough they were. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but I’d have no problem sending anyone here. Kenmore’s got a good one now. Appreciate you guys, I’ll definitely be back.

Ritchie, who handles the front of the shop, was immediately easy to work with. He was flexible with my schedule, letting me drop the car off during my shift and arrange a ride back with a coworker, which made the whole thing seamless. I also added an oil change while I was at it. Weeks later, I couldn't be happier. The shaking and rumbling are completely gone, the A/C is blasting cold air, and the car sounds better than it has in a long time. AVS worked quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners — they kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. When I picked up the car after work, I spent a few minutes catching up with Ritchie. Great guy. Honest shop. If you're looking for a place you can actually trust with your car, these are your people.
