New to area. Wanted to find a reliable auto shop. Easy to schedule with. Convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful. I was really impressed by the extent of their work and time spent taking photos and going over everything useful I should know about my vehicle. I will definitely recommend Village Transmission & Auto Clinic to others and bring my vehicle there again for service. Felt very fortunate to have such a good experience. Thank you!

View on GoogleI am very impressed with Brian and the whole crew here. They diagnosed my vehicle issue correctly and got it running again so fast I was amazed. Brian was very attentive and he showed me courtesy and respect when I asked him about the scope and details. I would definitely trust them to do any future repairs . The cost was extremely fair. In stark comparison to the dealership, I was never pressured to pay for things that weren't absolutely necessary. In fact I ended up adding two optional services AFTER the main issue was addressed and my car was still done so fast I was shocked. Thank you Village Transmission!
View on GoogleI cannot recommend Village Transmission enough, specifically Brian! I brought my truck here after the dealership completely missed the mark. The dealership couldn't find the actual issue with my PCM and instead tried to claim that everything else under the hood was wrong with the truck, quoting me for unnecessary repairs. Brian was a completely different story. From the start, he actually listened to my concerns, showed immense patience, and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel respected and valued—never "less than." Because he took the time to truly investigate, he found the actual root cause of the problem and saved me a ton of money. I will be a forever customer because of the transparency, honesty, genuine service, and respect I received here. If you want a shop you can actually trust, go see Brian!
View on GoogleThese guys are honest and do good work. I came in with a warranty on a few issues and they dug in deeply and identified that there weren’t really any issues. Didn’t overcharge for anything, we’re great communicators and very prompt. Given past experience with other auto shops locally, These guys are clearly in their own category. I will only go here from now on.
