I forgot the name of who picked up my call (maybe it was Derrica?), but she was amazing! I called a few different companies to get quotes and check availability for my specific window, and her customer service was top tier. I went with Auto Tech over other companies that might have been cheaper or been able to get me in sooner just because she was so warm and helpful. Definitely recommend! The new window looks great, happy all around.
View on GoogleI went to them when my hatch back window was busted out. They were awesome about the whole process. Not to mention they were extremely professional. I went back to them with my hatch back leaking and Haffo (sp??) spent 2 hours trying to figure out what and where the leak was. He figure out it was leaking, but couldn't figure out exactly where. He never charged me because he never fixed anything. The customer service he gave was beyond awesome. Thank you very much. I will be going back if I need to.
View on GoogleFrom the minute I pulled up to Car Tech Auto Glass, I was greeted with such genuine kindness from the two gentlemen in the shop that I was taken aback. I had some initial questions about a broken rearview mirror, and with confidence, they assured me that it would be an easy fix. They did great work and offered excellent advice. I hope that I don't break another windshield, but if I do, I will be excited to come back to see these new friends. The level of customer service here is enviable! Highly recommended!
View on GoogleThey were able to fix my windshield the next day, and charged much less than the other quotes I got. What was most impressive was the quality of the repair...the ugly starburst became almost invisible. And they told me if the repair didn't hold, the amount I paid would apply to a full replacement. The "after" photo doesn't really show how good the repair is, but the repair is really hard to spot. I am very glad I chose Car Tech for this work. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to explain the process.

I was referred to them by a friend that works at a Dealership that I purchase Toyota parts for my customers cars and my own vehicles too. They replaced my windshield in my 2023 4 Runner.They were done in one day and this vehicle has proximity cameras that have to be aimed. My experience was great.They have The personal touch with their customers that so many shops don't have. This is how we run our automotive repair shop and it goes along way with our customers. I will refer all my customers to Car Tech for their Auto Glass needs.
