Geoff is as good a mechanic as they come, and he is a stand-up guy. As long as I’m in the area, I won’t be taking my car to anyone else. He was accommodating while I had to drop my car off and pick it up thrice over the span of three weeks, and he was fully transparent about estimated costs. Both times I picked my car up prior to the job being finished, it was returned to me in better shape than I had dropped it off, be it quieter or cleaner. Given the circumstances of my particular repairs, he got everything done faster than I expected and didn’t charge me until the full work order was complete. The All Service Automotive garage is small, and the lot is perpetually packed to capacity. He’s booked out for two to three weeks at any given time, but the service is worth the wait. Geoff is a one-man show. He doesn’t shy away from any make or model, and he is sincerely one of the hardest working professionals I’ve met in this industry. To boot, he doesn’t bleed you dry when it comes time to pay for repairs. I’ll happily refer anyone to ASA.

The biggest difference between this shop and the others is that I immediately felt like I was in the right place. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I’d been a customer for years. The customer service is truly top-notch. Geoff goes above and beyond in a way you don’t usually see when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed or serviced. The whole process was quick, honest, and completely transparent. I never felt pressured or unsure about anything. Thank goodness I went with my gut because it didn't steer me wrong!! When I first called Mr Geoff he was polite and his tone was approachable. Prior to calling him, I had talked to a few other mechanics and they were either rude or had a tone that I did not like. I appreciate how professional, honest, accommodating and extremely fair Mr Geoff is with his prices. He didn't try to screw me over because I'm a female or give me a laundry list of repairs that "needed" to be done.
