Excellent buying experience! I had my eye on a VW Beetle in their inventory. Ali and Julia were very friendly, accommodating, and low-pressure the entire time I was with them, allowing me to take my time looking over the car, do a test drive, and take it for an inspection. (The pup in their office is very cute too!) When the inspection revealed a couple of minor fixes needed, Ali took care of them on the spot. When several weeks passed and I hadn’t gotten my title/tags, I contacted Ali directly and he was prompt in addressing/resolving the matter. I love my new car and am very grateful for the low-hassle, helpful experience! 😊

Best experience I’ve had buying a car! If I could give them more than 5 starts I would. Drove 2 hours to look at an Escalade from here, and it did not disappoint! Ali was kind and gave us a very fair trade in value for our old car. The plates arrived in the mail within 8 days. Thank you for the great experience. We absolutely love our new car.

After a car accident I was in the market for a new vehicle. I decided that I wanted an Audi Q5. I went to Car Master Pros after a bad experience at a previous dealership. I walked into Car Master Pros and knew right away that this was going to be a better experience and that this I where I was going to buy my car. Ali made my car buying experience completely stress free. All of my questions were answered and I drove off with an amazing car in no time at all.
