View on GoogleI had an appointment for an oil change and a routine 30K mile inspection. In the past my appointments have lasted about 1.5 - 2 hours top, so that was my expectation as no communication was sent regarding a backlog or overbooking. When I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, it took about 15-20 minutes to even talk to someone. Finally a service advisor took the car keys and informed me it would be about a 3 hour wait. As I had made arrangements for my day, I was not able to just reschedule. Ultimately it wound up being a 4 hour wait. The service advisor finally told me at the end that the new scheduling system was powered by AI and was constantly overbooking. It was unacceptable to have waited 4 hours for an oil change. Swickard Toyota knew they were overbooked that morning. They should have let me know that morning and given notification prior to arriving. Waiting until customers to arrive for their scheduled appointment to only then alert of the long wait is unacceptable. Swickard, you can do better.

I was pleasantly surprised this time by the outreach from the Swickard team asking if I wanted to schedule my upcoming service appointment. The process of online scheduling was really easy with your staff member. I arrived for my appointment at the scheduled time and was immediately approached by staff to get the process going. In the past, I have needed to wait sometimes as much as two hours while my car was getting serviced. This time I was shocked when I got the text in the waiting area that my car was ready after 50 minutes, The video review of the car was fun to see as well. A great job by the Swickard team.
View on GoogleBought here and used their service since. Last several service visits have been poor. 20 minutes waiting in car to get checked in for scheduled appointment. Was told 2 hours for an oil change, now advised closer to three hours. I can do better elsewhere for less money. Too bad. I wanted to like them.
View on GoogleThis dealership has terrible service. They did an oil change on my engine. The easiest job, what could go wrong? But they overfilled the oil, way above the required level. I went back to them (I had to make another appointment) and I wasted another two hours waiting, and I checked the oil level, but it's not funny – the oil was still way above the level recommended by the manufacturer. The mechanic began trying to convince me that this is normal, that they always do it this way. But I want it done correctly, not the way the mechanic wants it. My advice to everyone: check your oil level after they work on your car, or you'll end up having to repair your engine. I didn’t get a right oil level because they are unprofessional. Toyota service sucks
