Easy to make appointment. The advisor David Mendez is very warm welcoming, and very detail oriented in explaining every service. My car is clean and ready to go when they told me ready. The waiting room is super clean and has amenities coffee & fruit juices, excellent! They offered free ride to take me home and pick me back up when my car is done. I trust 100% Lynwood Honda to take a good care for my car for 10 years now and more years to come.

Everyone is welcoming and helpful, working together to get my car maintained or fixed and me back out the door as swiftly as possible. The advisors, Patrick, Travis, Shannon, and Martin (there are others but these are the ones I’ve had) make sure you know your options and what your car needs at a given season. They have gone above and beyond when we needed a repair before a big trip or a day like today when I had a tire puncture in the tire wall and needed quick service. Thank you team!

They also are very honest in identifying what is needed and keeping costs reasonable (which was not the case at another local dealership). They provided a shuttle and also washed my car. All service was completed in the time they initially stated and nicely done. What's not to love about a place that values customers and quality service?😊

View on GoogleI recently called Honda Lynnwood Service Center about my car’s Apple CarPlay issue. I clearly stated my model is the top trim and should have CarPlay. The technician was extremely dismissive, told me to check the manual, and didn’t verify my VIN or help further. It felt like they thought I was clueless, even though top trims are known to have CarPlay. In contrast, I called the Kirkland location—they were polite, asked questions, consulted their service manager and sales associate, and set up an appointment for next week. The difference in service was striking. I hope Lynnwood improves their customer care.
