Jeff and his team were amazing! They got 5 years of dalmatian hair out of my car! (see photos!) and years of gunk off my seats! Was able to complete the service multiple days earlier than expected. They were kind and incredibly thorough. Would recommend to everyone I know, and don't know! Call Jeff!

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Jeff's Auto Detailing. I was dealing with a mold problem in my car that had become a real concern since I left it parked in Seattle for 3 months. I was worried about both the condition of the vehicle and the potential health effects. After reaching out to Jeff, he took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and reassure me that he would do everything he could to help. From the moment I met him, it was clear that he genuinely cares about both his work and his customers. He was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward about what needed to be done. The level of attention he gave my car was impressive, and when I got it back, the difference was incredible. Even when I asked for it to be worked on more, he did not hesitate to say yes! The mold issue had been properly addressed, the interior looked great, and the car felt fresh again. What really stood out to me, though, was the way Jeff went above and beyond. Since I was visiting Seattle and my car was my only source of transportation, I wasn't sure how I was going to get around while the work was being done. Without hesitation, Jeff offered to give me a ride back to my accommodation. That simple gesture took a huge weight off my shoulders and showed me the kind of person he is. During the drive, we ended up having a great conversation. It wasn't just small talk, Jeff shared some life experiences and words of wisdom that genuinely stuck with me. It's funny how sometimes you take your car in for a service and end up leaving with something much more valuable than what you expected. His kindness, perspective, and willingness to help made a stressful situation a lot easier. These days, it's not easy to find businesses that combine exceptional workmanship with genuine care for people. Jeff does both. He treated me with respect, did outstanding work on my vehicle, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend! I’ll post a picture, but I wish I could transmit the before and after smell of this car over the internet to give you an idea of the transformation. Jeff and his team saved this urine-soaked seat, then came back to discover the floor mat and under-foam also needed to be deep-cleaned. They took apart the whole thing, cleaned it and put it back together. They worked with us closely and with professional communication. Jeff even offered to help guide us through the process of replacing the foam floor if we end up needing to go that route. As a perfectionist myself, I can attest that Jeff’s attention to detail is perfectly matched to his line of work. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of us!

Jeff and his team were truly amazing! We had a minor miscommunication in the morning prior to my appointment, so Jeff went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. He was kind, courteous, and very easy to work with. My 2017 Honda Civic looked genuinely AMAZING inside and out. I was beyond pleased with the end result. I traded-in my Civic later that same day, and the Sales Manager complimented (many times) on how great the condition was - especially the interior. I got a great offer on my trade-in and it wouldn’t have been possible without Jeff’s Auto Detailing and their attention to detail. Can’t wait to book another appointment for my new car!

Jeff’s auto detailing provided excellent service. Jeff and his assistants were easy to reach to schedule. They provide complete car detailing, and I found their prices very affordable. They were prompt, friendly and extremely efficient. They cleaned my Subaru inside and out for a reasonable price right at my home. The result was amazing- 10 years of spilled coffee on the seats, dog fur and grandkid mess completely gone!
