I have had my car, my daughter's car. my son's truck and my work van repaired here over the last couple of years. Some of the work was very complex. I am not a young man. I have been working on cars all my life and I can tell you for sure there is no better service to be had anywhere.

James took a look (bad alternator) and got back to me quickly with an estimate where he detailed exactly how much parts and labor would be so I knew what to expect and why. Within hours from the quote I drove my car home. I love how transparent the process was. I definitely recommend him and will be using him for my future car needs as well.

They were a huge savings over the dealerships quote, who was a week out and wanted $250 just to "diagnosis" the Escape. Very happy with James Auto Services.
