I showed up, in borderline crisis mode, there was a kind face…brown/ish dressed in black (my former favorite color….mind now busy in recollection mode), office seemed like grand central station, so I grabbed pamphlets & studied, a little investigative scanning while sitting, never hurt anyone. Eventually, I spoke to Nash, explained situation x, y or z. A car entered Factory Direct Tires going the wrong way & we were inches away from fender bang, crunch/ huge adrenaline/ file insurance claim due to LOP syndrome! Me: “borderline hangry!”….left car in trusty hands…FIRST time customer…VIRGIN customer…see results below! I’m satisfied!! Genuine deal. “I’ll be back!”- The Terminator “Kindness Matters!”

I was told by MINI I had a bent wheel and needed a new one. Instead, I looked around for another option and found Cascade Wheel. In addition to getting the wheel straightened, I decided to get all four wheels powder coated. Cascade Wheel made my rims look brand new, and all curb rash is completely gone. Not only that, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. And when I came to pick up my car, they had washed it! Price was very reasonable, and I I highly recommend them!

## Excellent Work & Quick Turnaround! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently scuffed my alloy rims on a nasty curb and was looking for a place that could bring them back to life. Factory Direct Tires & Wheels did an absolutely phenomenal job refinishing them. The service from start to finish was incredibly professional. They only had my rims for about two days, and the turnaround was impressively quick without sacrificing a bit of quality. When I got them back, they looked brand new—you’d never even know they had been scuffed. Highly recommend them if you need high-quality, professional wheel repair done right and done fast!
