I dropped off my car with a big gouge in the side, with moss colonizing the exterior and a layer of my dog’s hair woven into the interior. I picked up a car so flawlessly repaired and so clean (inside and out) that I was sure they’d given me someone else’s keys. Natalie was very proactive about communication at every stage, kept me updated about parts and progress, didn’t sugar coat the situation, and was personable and knowledgeable. Natalie answered all my questions patiently, laid out my options clearly, and gave me updates on working with my insurance. You can tell that the Edmonds Autobody team takes pride in doing what they do extremely well. The repair is seamless. Getting my car back detailed was just the cherry on top. I can’t speak highly enough of the work that was done or the level of service.

Natalie was great! She helped me all the way through, even orchestrating my rental car from Enterprise. I was able to drop my car off and pickup my rental - all from Edmonds Autobody. View on GoogleFirst off. The communication was great, Natalie kept me informed on the stages of repair and even called to ask if we’re okay because of all the flooding. We live out in Sultan, Washington. There are very few shops around that still make Quality work their biggest priority. Larry at Edmonds Autobody is focused on maintaining the highest quality work possible. I recently had a whole bunch of rocks fly out of a dump truck at my car leaving me with a broken windshield and a badly chipped hood, bumper and fenders, I worked for Larry when I was a kid and I learned what quality Autobody work is at Edmonds Autobody. Larry is the best painter I know. I have worked at a lot of body shops and I knew if I want my car to be fixed to my high standards I need to take it to Edmonds Autobody. I picked up my car today and I am so pleased it looks better than when I bought the car! Also! They polished out a scratch in my steering wheel’s Subaru emblem. Thank you.
