I have purchased two new cars from Doug’s in the past five years. Most recently, I took my 2020 CX-5 in for service and Ryan was greatly helpful. While my car was in for service, I thought about upgrading to a new 2025 CX-5. Ryan got me in touch with Diego and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Diego was kind, friendly, very well informed about all things Mazda, flexible, and made the car buying process a breeze. When the color I was looking for was not available at Doug’s they found it for me and had it available the next day. The level of service I’ve received from the sales team and service team will keep me loyal to Doug’s.

So they are listed on plug share as a public charging station. There is a charge station network one there that I can't use cause it doesn't fit my car but they had a Bosch 1 that fit my car, I was trying to charge to get to the next place I had to go I don't usually come this way and I don't know where any chargers are after about 15 minutes. An Asian man came out literally removed the charger from my car and told me I had to leave cause it wasn't a public charger. I thought that was extremely rude, I asked him if I could please charge for just another minute, I wasn't aware of that cause it's listed on here and he wouldn't even listen to me and he just continued to remove it and tell me to leave. What are rude company right there?I recommend you don't go there.They're rude i recommend that you go online and remove it from all the public websites that say that you can use it.That's not my fault, that's on you now.Don't be rude to people

We have been using the Doug's Lynnwood Mazda Service department for over 6 years - my husband and myself. I cannot recommend this service department more. Ryan - the manager, and his team take such great care of you. You can feel confident coming here knowing that the gentleman are kind and ethical. I've never felt taken advantage of or upsold. They have gone above and beyond for us and absolutely earned our respect and loyalty. The team sends you videos while your vehicle is on the lift and visually goes over some of the basic maintenance specs which is really cool to see. Beyond grateful for the team here! Thanks!
