In my opinion, people talk because they have mouths. I have three cars that we bought, and thank God, they haven't given me any problems. The problem is us not giving them the maintenance they need. I recommended two neighbors to Doña Rosario Delgado to get their cars serviced, and I think she's a good person and has a real knack for helping people. She's very considerate about the payments, which we have to make every month. My family and I are grateful for the service she provides every time we talk to her. So, all I can say is, God bless her dealership, and keep moving forward. There are many more cars to come.

Don't buy cars here because they sell bad ones! At the end of August, my husband was in a car accident, so we were forced to go to a dealership recommended by a woman named Rosario. Everything seemed fine; she took our car and gave us 600 for a Subaru Legacy. However, she deducted 300 from that 600 because supposedly a tow truck was going to come and pick up the car (which never happened because Rosario's father came to pick it up in a pickup truck and towed it out with tow straps, which isn't allowed here; I have photos and videos of that day). Rosario sold us a 2004 Civic for 5,000 and something. We had to give her 1,000 down, so we gave her 700 plus the 300 for the car, bringing the total to 1,000. Two weeks ago, the car started having problems. We took it to the mechanic, and the repair will cost 2,000 because a sensor needs to be replaced after 200,000 miles, and Rosario knew this and sold us the car anyway. She had reached an agreement with my husband that we were going to... We were supposed to return the car and get our $1,000 back, or she would fix it and add the repair cost to the total car payment. Now, Mrs. Rosario refuses to return the $1,000 or fix the car. She told us that if we didn't return it, she would come and get it with a towing company, and that she had already canceled the contract. My husband works with the car; it's our family's livelihood. This woman, if you can even call her that, just scams people by selling them bad cars. We're not the first; we've already received complaints from other people. People like this shouldn't exist in this world, people who are determined to scam others and take their money by selling them bad cars. I'll attach the videos of my husband taking our car when supposedly a towing company was supposed to take it. They towed the car with that truck that appears in the photos.

The owner of this dealership is an excellent person, treating us very kindly from the first moment. I bought a car from her and recommended it to a relative at the time. It had a few minor defects, the normal ones for a used car, but we reached a great agreement and haven't had any problems. We're driving both cars without issue. I think I would come back as many times as necessary to buy one or more cars here. I highly recommend this dealership.
