Very efficient team of technicians and Brandon as the concierge 💯 I scheduled my service in advance and the ETA was 2 hours. After checkin, the ETA changed to next day and I was offered a loaner car 🚙 The technicians got everything done within 2 hours and Brandon called me right away. They even went above and beyond by cleaning my floor mats and carpet without charging me and never mentioned anything about it 🧼🫧 They made such a difference that I noticed right away when I stepped into my car 🥹 The total was $1,600 to replace the low voltage battery and a full set of tires for my Model 3 🔋🛞 Affirm payment plans are available, one of which has 0% APR and is quite helpful if you have unexpected fixes 💸 Highly recommend this location ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My experience at the Tesla service center was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff came across as rude and unhelpful. During a recent emergency visit due to a tire issue, the experience was even worse. When I walked in, the staff didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Even after approaching them for assistance, they were dismissive and unprofessional in their response. In situations like these, a little urgency and empathy would go a long way, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking. When I requested a loaner vehicle, I was rudely told to find my own way back or take my car elsewhere for repairs. It’s frustrating to hear that loaner vehicles are only provided for scheduled service appointments and are not available for emergency visits, especially when you cannot plan a visit under emergency tire issues or tire-related issues. Customers are expected to wait for hours—sometimes the entire day—without even the basic courtesy of being offered a loaner vehicle. It’s frustrating that when it should really be about respecting the customer’s time and providing a smooth service experience. This is how you lose customers and mostly had a intent to buy the car at the end of my lease term but not anymore

Ken and the technician was remarkable at not only addressing my problem, but also making the process of having a broken down car as smooth as possible. Ken’s understanding is out of this 🌎 I highly recommend Ken from this location if you need help. I was accommodated a loaner vehicle that was safe to drive in the snow and could fit my son‘s massive hockey bag, our weekend plans did not go uninterrupted. It felt futuristic driving the X model⚡️🚀Heating and air conditioning-Cabin climate control system requires service is the alert i got in my car, along with no heat, only blowing cold air when I turn the heat on. This is end of January so the cold is definitely unbearable! I was informed the compressor unit that produces heat flow is out and requires replacement for the heat to work. Miles at 50,755 so unfortunately just over the 50,000 mile warranty. Nevertheless I was very impressed with this Tesla locations service. Thank you! P.s. I did try to keep my vehicle in a garage to see if I could heat the HVAC pump to work because I read online that that may get it to work and was recommended to try it and I also put space heaters inside. Obviously it was a fail. I also changed my cabin filters because online sources recommended that gets changed.

I had a great experience with the Tesla service team. Brandon was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer experience, and his support made the process smooth and stress free. Really appreciate the excellent service!!

I own a 2026 Model Y and dropped it off at Tesla Service Bellevue-20th Street on April 11 for a tire rotation. What should have been a quick repair turned into a 2 week ordeal involving a body shop, multiple loaner switches (including one unsafe Model S I had to return immediately), and very poor communication. All because they scratched the back of my car. The team damaged my aftermarket carbon spoiler while addressing the original scratches, then failed to reinstall it despite an in-person offer from Angie to carefully remove and reattach it using new 3M tape. I was also promised free Full Self-Driving as compensation, but only a one-month “trial” was offered afterward. On pickup, the spoiler was left in the trunk, there were new dirt smudges inside the car, and a long gritty white streak appeared across the rear window that won’t come off. While I appreciate the eventual involvement of the Collision Manager and “management” stepping in, the overall experience involved too much chasing for updates, broken verbal commitments, and new issues created during the repair. Tesla makes incredible vehicles, but the service process at this location needs significant improvement in accountability, follow-through on promises, and basic care of customer property (aftermarket or not). Hoping they make it right on the spoiler replacement, FSD credit, and window detailing. Would I return? Only if absolutely necessary and with everything documented in writing.
