Audi Bellevue Service Center

Charles, my service adviser, was great — very attentive and easy to work with. The undercarriage and brake inspection was thorough and I appreciated the video walkthrough. It's not an RS3 but, but it’s perfect. We have three other cars and the Audi is still the one that’s most enjoyable to drive especially in the snow. The waiting room is comfortable and the coffee machine is appreciated, but it would really benefit from some snack options (even paid ones — preferably healthier choices) since there aren’t any stores within walking distance. When you buy an Audi you expect maintenance — it’s a true luxury performance car. The engine is smooth and the car feels very safe and solid on the road. In my opinion Audi strikes a great balance: not as intense as a pure sports car and more refined than a typical commuter. I’ve owned and driven other German brands as well. BMWs used to feel especially driver-focused and while they’re still very nice cars, they’ve become more mainstream over time. The Audi still feels planted and understated — a car for people who enjoy driving without needing to shout about it.

I have always loved Audi Bellevue and I intentionally pass another Audi service center to drive an hour and a half to two hours to Audi Bellevue from Olympia, where I’ve always had great service, which made this experience especially disappointing and frustrating. After scheduling an appointment for oil and coolant service, I found when I got home that the coolant reservoir was not fully filled, causing an engine warning and alarm instructing me to “turn off the engine and check coolant levels”. Despite paying $700 for the service, I was advised to add water and drive back to Audi Bellevue with a coolant warning light telling me to turn off the vehicle, ultimately forcing me to purchase additional coolant myself, leaving me questioning the attention to detail on this visit.(Photos show the very low reservoir coolant level).

I always have great experiences working with my service advisor Charles, at Audi. He's always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to answer my questions, keeps me informed throughout the service process, and always makes the experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Relatively easy purchase of new Q5 on 11/30. Getting car to be like new (fixing ding on hood, dashboard issues, sirius not working, seat extender not going back in, getting license plate holder off - took to another dealer who said it was put on with wrong screws), has been horrendous. When picked up on 12/17, the hood repair wasn't done properly - per sales associate -so have to redo. We scheduled for 1/29 with loaner car, though loaner was not available so had to reschedule. Rescheduled for 2/12 where again the confirmed loaner was not available so had to go to Enterprise. I was told it'd be a day or so and would get confirmation in a couple hours. Not hearing I followed up the next day and got a response at 5:30pm that "we" arrived at the appointment late so didn't know. The next day (14th) I was told it'd be ready morning of the 17th. I was later told it'd be 11:30-noon which I couldn't make. I finally got on the 18th. In response to the blinking eye (driver fatigue monitor) I was told "No way to remove the blinking eye." I then shared information about a KD2 software update that helped others. Sirius says issue is with Audi and still not fixed with response "you'd have to contact audi america for that as we don't do that here." Regarding seat and other issues: "we will need to get you scheduled for a separate service appointment for the issues on the car. I'd recommend taking it closer to a you." That's enough for now. I expected more care. Overall, not following through on agreements and me having to folow-up often, I feel I don't matter or am a problem where once I gave the check, out relationship was over. I expected an on-going relationship, not referring me to another Audi dealership.

Beware of bait and switch tactics. An advisor called me couple of weeks back and offered maintenance package of ~$150 because of some ongoing promotions. I thought it was too good to be true, but the advisor confirmed it and we scheduled a time slot for the week after. When I then arrived at the appointment time, the same advisor then says the promo was for a different engine and doesn’t apply to my car. He then quoted me ~$950, and offered a coupon that brings it down to ~$850. Both numbers were way higher than expectation. I left without doing the maintenance, after just wasted couple of hours of my time. I’ve been maintaining my car at this center so they already know what my car engine is. So it felt like I was baited to the maintenance and switched the price on me. All my previous experiences were good, and this was unpleasant experience.
