It was easy to schedule an appointment, I received an estimate in advance, the communication was clear and they are knowledgeable and friendly. They contacted me while working on my car to show some additional areas of concern and had exceptional customer service. They were professional and took great care of me and my vehicle. Very satisfied with service and staff. Our 2012 Honda CR-V had reduced a/c cooling. Autologic knew exactly how to diagnosis and correct the issue. During inspection, they also found that the brake fluid needed attention and we authorized that service. Prices were reasonable. Their expertise met my expectations (very high).

These guys are great. I have Triple A Motor Club and was forced to have my car towed. The left front strut had failed and I was lucky enough to make it to work in one piece, thank God. Auto Logic was their recommended repair shop, so I went with it. Right away, I was impressed. They have software that shows up on your desktop browser and tells you all that was examined, all that needs attention, all those other items you can let slide. In addition, they have Instant Messaging thru SMS and the desktop interface. The price was right in line with what the internet said it would run. The timing was great and I was back in my car in a day. Dominic gave me honest answers as to what I should do, skip, and what other options would be, including hauling the car off to the recycle bin. In the end, I got my front struts replaced, realigned, and the car is running smooth enough that I have bought some time to think and ponder my options, including trading it in for something new. Excellent communication, speed, service, and very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I went there for a brake work as a new customer, I gave my phone number and vehicle license number per request (rejected request for e-mail address ). Shortly after I left the shop, a text message sent to me asking me to respond to an update on a link belonging to shop-ware.com. Since I just left the shop and I don't want to click on a third party web link, so I went back and asked " what was the update"? I was told there was none. A few days later, half hour perio to my scheduled appointment, they called and left a voice message saying the shop was too busy today and wanted to reschedule.
