RNR Automotive Refinishing

I have had the opportunity to frequent RNR several times. Fortunately, every time I am greeted with a smile (and Skittles) and someone willing to help. During COVID they found parts for my H2, they took awhile and RNR always communicated the status and kept their word on dates and prices. Today I stopped in with another car that someone hit while I was parked in the garage at Anthony’s Homeport, of course there was no note and they have no cameras in their parking lot. I wasn’t sure what needed to be done, I was prepared for the worst, Shaun shook my hand and introduced himself with a big smile. I felt at ease regardless of the news I was going to get. He took some photos and told me to take a seat, he’d be right back. He was out there 10 minutes or so with a squirt bottle and a rag, came back in and told me it was handled. I went out and looked and he had removed the white paint (from my black car) and even did his magic to a few other scratches that he found. For reasons such as my story above, I will always (though I hope I never have to) take my car to RNR. My car looks fantastic and he didn’t charge me a penny. That’s kind of service that has me coming back to RNR every time. We need more companies that think more about keeping a customer long term, than making a quick buck. Thank you RNR!

Excellent experience from start to finish with Andy and the entire team at RNR Automotive. My 2002 Tacoma needed a new bumper, due to rust, and even though this was a relatively small job, I truly felt like a valued customer throughout, which is rare these days, to get a quality service at a great price. My estimator, Andy, was kind, efficient and very communicative throughout. RNR gave me the best quote, worked with me on options and when I finally picked up my truck, not only was the bumper beautiful, sparkling and new, the team had unexpectedly detailed it and I felt like I was driving off the showroom floor. I was referred to RNR by a friend of my sister, but I’ll be referring people to them myself now. Definitely go to RNR - great team, great service, great price.

Shaun was very helpful and highly professional in evaluating the front end damage to my mercedes suv. RNR was recommended to me by Mercedes of Bellevue and Park Place in Bellevue. Both locations have business with them. Unfortunately, my automobile was considered totaled by the insurance company. I was given timely updates during the entire process with RNR and the insurance company. This company has stellar staff an positive environment.

When I first moved to Bellevue, this shop was recommended by the local Honda dealership, so I trusted that my vehicle would be in good hands. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise. What should have been a relatively straightforward fender-bender repair turned into a four-month ordeal. During the repair process, the situation became even more frustrating when one of the shop's own employees crashed my car while it was in their possession. Rather than inspiring confidence, this raised serious concerns about the level of care and professionalism being exercised. The lengthy delays, lack of accountability, and poor workmanship ultimately overshadowed any confidence I initially had in the shop. Looking back, I wish I had sought out a different repair facility from the start. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would encourage others to carefully consider alternative options before entrusting their vehicle to them.

I’ve been to RNR twice now, and had a great experience each time. Sean is amazing to work with and very quick with responses. The second time I had to go there they got me in very quickly. The repairs from both times were seamless and they did a full detail on the inside which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
