I had a couple of small issues with my 2017 F Type R that I purchased from Park Place 3 years ago. (O2 sensor and a headlight control switch that was beginning to fail - the running lights would not shut off so the battery had to be disconnected). When I called the Jag dealer in Bellevue, they were 8 weeks out. I asked them to book it and requested that they not update the ECU on the car. The service advisor told me they MUST update the ECU to the newest version anytime they service a car. When I told them the car has a Velocity AP tune, they then refused to service the car whatsoever (not sure what the headlight control switch has to do with the car being tuned, but whatever.) I called Park Place Service and they got me in the NEXT DAY. They diagnosed the issues just to be sure and ordered the parts, which only took a few days to get in. Dropped the car off the following week 1st thing in the morning and it was done by noon. All problems resolved....PLUS replacing the headlight switch resolved a battery drain issue that I've had that the dealer gave up on trying to find after multiple visits over 2 years under warranty. All work was done at a reasonable (for a Jaguar) price. No drama, and no fuss - a stark difference from what I am used to when working with the Dealer! Both the showroom and service departments at Park Place are top notch. I highly, highly recommend that if you are an enthusiast like myself that you give Park Place a call. They have tons of inventory you don't see elsewhere and I'm happy to report the service department is fully capable of keeping your investment on the road.

I passed by this pace one time and was so amazed by the amount of amazing cars they have. This place motivates me to work hard to reach my dream and 1 day I will have my own sport car. I also had the chance to talk to this guy working there, his name is Mo, what a great guy! He explain to me what kind of service they provide and the kind of cars they work on. I just want to say great work everybody, kudos to all of you guys for restoring other's dream and starting mine. :)))

Had my car serviced and they took care of it like it was their own! I was a bit skeptical because of the location but they did a fantastic job and would recommend Doug and his team!

Where to begin... My experience with Park Place was unfortunately less than ideal. Went in for radiator + ac condenser replacement for my Lotus Elise after vehicle being previously diagnosed by Park Place. Was quoted 3 days, ended up being 3 months. Was bounced between 3 different service managers. Service managers were very difficult to get ahold of; at one point, I hadn't heard anything in weeks. They said they'd call at various points but didn't. Unclear if they forgot, were busy, or were avoiding. Price bounced around quite literally ~10 times between original quote and 5x original quote. Ended up being double what was originally quoted. Objectively worst of all, we agreed on an approach that would save me money and them time and then they cut the AC coolant lines in a manner where that path was no longer viable. Absolutely ludicrous move. I was treated like I was a walking dollar sign as opposed to a human being. AC works now though, so I guess there's that...
