These guys are amazing! If you ever need a repair, or a second opinion, or really just anything bring your car here. They have aaved me from doing unnecessary repairs or paying too much for a service multiple times. They are professional and extremely good at what they do. I recommend them to everyone and cannot do so highly enough!

Brett saved me! I purchased a used car a few hours away from where I live and as I was heading home it immediately started misfiring. With the CE flashing and in a panic I drove to the closest shop I could find. Brett spent over an hour troubleshooting in the very hot sun and corrected the problem so my kids and I could safely get home to Kitsap. Thank you so much Brett for your kindness and hard work. I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs honest work.

I've been to this shop off and on since 2012 and have had neutral to good experience every time. Fast forward to 2025, I moved to a different part of town, haven't been back since COVID and wanted to get work done quickly so went back to them. I dropped my SUV the week before July 4th and was promised it'd be ready before the long weekend. It turned out they forgot about it all together. I waited until the following Monday. -1 star. On Monday, I waited until 4-5pm and never got a call so I called to see if I could pick up my car. The guy on the other end said it was ready and I can pick it up the same day. Picked up the car on Monday, paid for the service. On the following weekend, I had time to check over the car and found out the fluid they were supposed to change never got changed. It still looked old. -1 star. On the following Monday, I called the shop asking what we should do about this situation and was told that I accused him of being a liar. The guy on the other end offered to redo the service but was quite defensive about it. I demanded a refund. -1 star. Later the same day, I went to the shop and was given the refund without any hassle. To me this is an one-off experience that will prevent me from going back again. I think it's still fine for people to try them out but just double check their work when picking up the vehicle to prevent the same thing happen to you.

We could not be more satisfied with this shop. The folx here are kind, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and thorough. Ask anyone in the area to recommend an auto repair shop, and they’ll tell you to come here. It’s been that way for at least twenty years. And for good reason. Our car’s diagnosis and repair was done was done within three hours of them opening. They called us to discuss options, told us everything we needed to know about the state of the car, told us what we need to look out for in the future, did some preventative maintenance to make the repair goes as far as possible, and did it all for an incredibly fair price.
