Great experience overall. Johnny and Henry went above and beyond throughout my vehicle-buying process. They were patient, responsive, and gave me the time and information I needed to make an informed decision without ever feeling pressured. Tae, the sales manager, made a point to welcome me personally and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. David in Finance also did an excellent job making the paperwork and purchasing process fast, straightforward, and stress-free. I appreciated the team's professionalism, transparency, and willingness to work with me through a thorough evaluation process before purchasing. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but this team made it a genuinely positive experience. I brought my vehicle in for an ECO start/stop diagnostic issue. The initial quoted diagnostic charge was $275, which I agreed to as the expected starting cost. At approximately 3:22 PM, I received a call informing me that the diagnosis was still in progress and they would need about one additional hour. At that time, there was no clear mention that this additional time would result in a significant additional diagnostic charge. Later in the day, around 5:05 PM, I was informed that the diagnosis was complete and the recommended repair would cost approximately $2,320. I decided not to proceed with the repair and went to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I was presented with a final invoice showing $275 for the initial diagnostic plus an additional in diagnostic charges nearly total $1000. This additional amount had not been clearly communicated to me in a way that I understood would significantly increase the total cost beyond the initial estimate. When I questioned the invoice, I was told I needed to pay before the vehicle could be released. The service manager was not available at the time, and I was asked to return the next day for further discussion. After following up with the service manager, I was informed that additional diagnostic time had been authorized during the call. However, this authorization was not clearly understood as approval for a substantial additional charge. A partial goodwill adjustment of $200 was offered, with further discount if repairs were performed, but the core issue remained the lack of clear communication around cost escalation and billing expectations during the diagnostic process. I ultimately paid the invoice in order to retrieve my vehicle, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the gap between what was communicated and what was later billed. While I understand that diagnostic work can require additional time depending on complexity, I believe customers should be clearly informed in real time when additional charges are being incurred, and what the estimated total cost will be before proceeding.

Forever a loyal Mercedes customer after the continuity in care. I just did my first service on my vehicle and it was truly such a breeze from scheduling to pick up. I truly have nothing but incredible thing to say about the Mercedes family! The agent was so easy to book with, extremely flexible with my dates since my free periods are very narrow and flip quickly. Scott, the Mercedes-Benz service member made it sooo easy for a young woman. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted a Lyft ride waiting for me and having me home within MINUTES! Upon completion, texts were provided and seamless communication. Another text for a Lyft, waiting to have to have me back at my vehicle within minutes. Want to talk about efficient, clear communication and top of the notch care? Then this is the right pace. Thank you for making me feel always trust in the Mercedes-family and my life so easy.

I very rarely write reviews but after experiencing the exceptional customer service from the service center at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue over the weekend, I feel compelled to give my feedback. The customer service representatives go above and beyond in every way. They kept me in the loop on the progress of my car's repair even including a video of my car being serviced, organised rides to and from their repair center, they were immediately responsive to all of my questions and in person they were impeccable in every way. I can't recommend the service center at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue enough. If you choose to service your vehicle there, I am certain you will have the same experience I did.
