View on GoogleHave been hearing noise from left tires for a while. Friend recommended Les Schwab. Went there for an inspection. They found a bolt in the tire which caused the noise. They removed it for free. Great service! The office is also super clean with tables, chairs and wifi. 5-star service!
View on GoogleThese guys are absolutely amazing. First off, their offer to repair a busted tire for free is legit. First time I walked out without paying a dime. This second time - I know, I know, I need to watch where I’m driving! Leave me alone! - anyways… this second time there was too much damage near the side wall - couldn’t be repaired. Les Schwab was fantastic and worked with me to figure out what would work best. They’re also super nice. Thanks Jesse!
View on GoogleAmazing service! I went in there with my wife because she had a screw in her tire and they repaired it immediately. Plus put new valve stem covers on all four tires and made sure the tire pressure was even on all four tires. They did all of this on a holiday weekend with no wait. We will never go anywhere else to buy tires. Fantastic experience!
View on Google5 stars though for the "RIP-OFF" part these guys will do to you. I guess it is also ok that they do it because it is good for them (actually the Brand's pocket/revenue) conaidering they get all their tires abroad way cheap then sell to US consumers like it was really quality, durable, and really that expensive! The Deantires I bought from them has a 50K mi life (at least 40K)... but i only drove my Prius not even 25K in 2.5 years and it's already bald. Yes, bashers out there will say this and that... blah! bla!h blah! They are not for the Value it is what of this review is for. Also, I guess, HONESTY, not only from the BRAND aka Company... but especially the people who works with them/for them. If the tire is still good say and be honest to tell the client it is still good! Do not sell/pitch a scare for you to gain comms. It's wonderful they are here to provide service I am not saying they're all bad... mostly though! 😆 Rotate your freaking tires every 3-4ak mi or evey oil change/maintenance. Actually the most affordable set of four tires they offered me wasn't bad at all = less than 7H for all four wheels. But, it's the dishonesty of there is something wrong about your TPMS being they have to freaking fix with a charge of almost 100 for all 4. It's like you came there knowing you don't have any TPMS issues, then they paused the tire rotation request you made just to tell you "now buy tires again! Plus your pressure monitoring system will be fixed if you pay extra 20-30 each while we do nothing about it 😆 🤣 😂 😹 but, like I've said... thankful be. Because they are here to provide service! And take your money and your time. But, you are safely traveling the roads with your car's new rubber shoes... that wears quick because they lied about the longevity, quality, performance and even the true price to get it and to sell to you and me.
