So pleased with Doug's Auto Collision in Bellevue WA! I got hit in the Trader Joes Parking lot (parked!) on 116th, and no one left a note... thousands of dollars worth of damage. Doug's did a great job, got the car fixed faster than expected, and Serge was a superstar to work with (clear, kind, communicative, with regular progress reports). Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI checked with 4 different body shops before going to Doug's for an estimate on fixing a dent/scrape on the rear passenger door of my RAV IV. The shops were mixed in their confidence as to whether the door could be repaired or would need to be replaced. As I was paying out of pocket, I clearly preferred repair, but I'm picky and wanted the door to be perfect when returned to me. Doug's team did an awesome job from start to finish. They conduct their business professionally, communicate clearly and were confident they could repair the door. They delivered! The door looks like new!

He was friendly and understanding, gave me a quick estimate and scheduled me in for repair. He set realistic expectations and met all of them. The finished job looked like it was brand new. If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely come back. The whole experience from beginning to end was flawless and I can't complain about anything.
