I was referenced here by a coworker and very glad they provided this. They are extremely transparent. I asked how much for an analysis of my car issue might be. They asked what was happening and felt it likely was the fan clutch. I asked for budgetary quote as I wasn't sure if it made sense to repair the 25 year old car with 260k miles. In my case today it does, they called to confirmed the estimate before working on anything after they got to look at the car. Once I arrived to pick up they showed the part that failed and explained the issue in more detail. Most of this was not prompted which was extremely great. I have only been here once but will be back. I have high standards of who touches my cars to the point of I can I drive them to Oregon where I grew up to have the mechanic work on it but I think I found my new local shop. The experience I had only solidified what my coworkers stated.

I cannot believe this place doesn't have more reviews. I was driving in Northbend when my car showed the battery light, then overheating. I pulled over immediately, checked under the hood, the belt had slipped and there was coolant leaking under the car. I had it towed super early in the morning before the shop even opened, left my key in the after hours key drop and left a message stating the problem. They got back to me about 2 hours after they opened, gave me a repair estimate, and had the car finished later that day. I also asked for a repair estimate for the steering system since it's leaked for years, and his answer was "Way too much" (basically, not worth repairing given the age and condition of the car). So, it really feels like they repair cars in the best interest of their customers, and that's a rare trait for businesses lately. My service turnaround may not be typical, but I highly, highly recommend this place.
