The team here was awesome. They are super friendly, communicative, and efficient. My car repairs came out amazing, car looks brand new. All of my repairs got done within 5 days which is SO much earlier than expected!! The cherry on top is the fact they cleaned the inside and outside of my car too. Excellent job.

Unbelievably good service at a great price--and done 4 days ahead of schedule? I wrecked the whole passenger side of my 2024 Lexus driving into a pillar and scraping it along the side of the car. Passenger side door was toast. Passenger front fender was too. Passenger rear fender was just scratched badly and deeply. They replaced the door & front ender. Paint job was perfect. They repaired the deep scratch on the rear fender and repainted. Also perfect. They sent progress reports along the way... and got it done 4 days ahead of schedule. The work is absolutely immaculate. I am also ashamed to say that they cleaned my 2 year-old car's interior so well I didn't know the upholstery could get that black! I feel extremely luck to have got my work done there. Strongly recommended.

Maybe they do great work, but be forewarned, apparently not on anything larger than a car. I scheduled an appointment online to get an estimate for paint damage to a fender flare on a FS pick-up. Received confirmation & reminder emails for the appt. (I didn't provide my phone # as I get a ton of spam calls & texts as is these days). I arrive for my appt, walk in to people sitting on the floor (?), & then get told how they wouldn't be able to work on my truck, because it's too big, but I didn't provide a phone number. I stated, it's a pick-up truck, & you clearly had my email address, but no I don't give out my phone #. Basically got a blank stare. They wouldn't even look at it, said their shop is too small, it wouldn't be able to pull into it. I said it's a fender flare, on a pick-up truck. No, it wont fit. I said they should probably put that on their website if they can only work on small vehicles. I was told other locations might be able to & I could try Kirkland. I left incredibly dumbfounded, & frustrated that somehow they can't use the form of communication that they DO have, from days prior, that can confirm & remind me of an appointment, to avoid wasting my time. Oh well... lesson learned. Welcome to Bellevue I guess.
