The team at Biggs was amazing! Our car broke down and we were stranded on a family road trip. I found them on a Thursday afternoon and had my Range Rover towed in after hours. It was critical to get our car repaired right away so we could make it back home on Sunday. They were able to quickly repair our car on Friday last minute. Try not to be a fairly easy fix, and they were very honest and responsive the entire time. Very reasonable price. Truly appreciate the help they gave our family in getting our car up and running again. Highly recommended for anybody near the Bellevue area with a Land Rover!

I have an overlanded Disco that we used to take to a 4x4 shop in Denver, so Biggs was my first experience with a dedicated Land Rover shop. I hadn’t thought about how much of a difference that would make, but they knew exactly what to look for on the vehicle and corrected some systemic problems at the root. Having that foresight is really priceless, especially when missing those problems can costs thousands of dollars down the line (which we’ve done before). Couldn’t be happier - will be a regular at Biggs.

I recently took my vehicle into Biggs Rover for a routine service and asked if they could also have a look at a few issues I was concerned about. They took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, explained their findings clearly, and, to my surprise, didn't charge me extra for the additional checks. I even offered to pay for the extra time they had spent investigating the issues, but they politely refused. It's refreshing to find a garage that's so honest and focused on looking after its customers rather than adding unnecessary costs. The service was professional, friendly and transparent from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Biggs Rover.

Working with Biggs Eastside Rovers was the most pleasant auto repair experience I’ve ever had. This was my first visit at Biggs - the repairs were for a 2014 Range Rover Sport I had purchased used from a local Rairdon dealer with an extended warranty package. Previous attempts to diagnose and repair this same car at a local Land Rover dealer in years past were extremely frustrating with poor communicating, Land Rover holding the car for weeks without any updates, and costly with the Land Rover service techs seemingly unwilling to talk to the extended warranty company. At Biggs however, the experience was incredible from first call, through repair, to pickup. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with all communications whether it be phone calls, text message updates, or leaving me a voicemail. I suspected my alternator had failed due to the battery no longer charging even after replacement and asked that my control arms be looked at due to some wear. Biggs happily worked with my 3rd party extended warranty, provided a quote to replace my alternator and three control arms, and were transparent about the type of parts my warranty would cover as well as what my out of pocket costs would be should I choose better parts. I appreciated the transparency and of course wanted quality parts so I went that route. The repairs only took a few business days to complete and was done a day earlier than expected. My car is running great and Biggs has established themselves as my go-to shop for as long as I own a Rover. 10/10 would recommend this shop!
