Andrew was great! I brought my car in for the recall service for my 2025 Nissan Kicks and he went over the costs (it was free) and how long it would take. I was in and out of there within an hour. We went on a Saturday around 11 am and it wasn’t too busy. A big plus is that no one tried selling my a brand new car like some other dealerships that I have visited. It made it feel a lot less intrusive.
View on GoogleThis has got to be the WORST place ever to have your Nissan serviced. I brought my Leaf in for a safety recall service and was told I could get a free loaner. When I get there they say nope - not free. I then asked about a Uber or shuttle to get home and they said nope, got rid of those customer conveniences to save money. Don't bother asking for a car wash. So I'm stuck here for what could be hours because they also can't tell me how long it will take. UPDATE - after I posted this frank review while waiting, they had my car ready 90 min later which is good since they first told me they needed it all day for a mere software update. However, the service rep told me they never wanted me to come back after posting a 1 star review. I was shocked by this utter lack of professionalism. Needless to say I'll not be coming back and strongly recommend you don't either.

View on GoogleFriends, this service center has not only lost their customer experience to it but also the basic human expected behavior for even a business service we go there for. Had my recall service appointment and had a bad experience from the get go, including not getting my car on the save day despite being told so, I had to follow up multiple times on their automated response machine to just get to a human being to get my car back the next day. The service hours on the website are not true, I was forced to get my car at least 1 or 1.5 hours prior to the closure. Substandard responses to my queries to the extent of trivialising it and over use of jargons, lacking the basic vehicle inputs I was asking for. Has the whole world become so superficial? My experience just a few days back with another Honda dealer was very very good. What now do I say
