Giving 3 stars because I thought the quality of work was just mid. PROS: It looks great from a distance, color matched very well I was quoted $4k for out of pocket, but paid with insurance, and it took 8 days. Parts seem OEM There was an absolutely TINY crease on the hood which got noticed and fixed by them! They cleaned my floor mats and maybe other stuff too. CONS: This is my first collision repair so maybe it’s normal for shops, but the new paint has more orange peel texture than factory paint. Engine bay was left dirty (dirtier than before). Headlight still slightly misaligned. Headlight now kinda looks like it’s shattered for some reason. I don’t think it is but yea. My passenger door handle got left with some weird texture. Right most parking sensor is missing clearcoat or something so it’s color looks different than the rest of the bumper.

Exceeds expectations with their quick and friendly service! I have gone in twice now and both times they were able to resolve my issues with minimal work and cost. This time I went in to get a mud flap added back after a prior repair and had a bad scratch on the front from a parking lot encounter, which would easily cost $600+ to correct and they were able to buff most of it out to where it’s barely noticeable. They definitely didn’t have to go the extra mile on that since it’s not the reason I was there but they did a phenomenal job and I was in and out of the shop in 15 mins, so fast!! Highly recommend as the service here is top notch but so are the people.

View on GoogleGreat experience with Sergio and team. I got three estimates for my repair. Bellevue Collision was half what I was quoted at AutoNation and also much less than Classic Collision. Even better, they were able to get my car in right away and had it turned around in a couple of days. The other shops were giving me service windows weeks away. Hope I don't have any more bumps or crashes, but if I do, I'll go to Bellevue Collision.
