I cannot recommend Welcome Automotive enough. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any auto repair company. Jon has worked with me consistently to get my car fixed, even when they ran into frustrating issues like receiving the wrong parts. Despite the delays, they made sure I still got to work on time by helping arrange Ubers and doing everything they could to make the situation easier for me. When the repair ended up taking longer than expected, they even provided me with a rental car for a few days at no cost, which meant so much and helped tremendously. One thing I really appreciated was their communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated the whole time and were very accommodating to the fact that I have a busy work schedule. They were happy to communicate with me through text, which made everything so much easier for me to stay informed. I also brought my friend’s car in to be looked at, and Rios showed the same level of compassion, honesty, and professionalism. It’s clear the whole team genuinely cares about their customers. I also want to give a shoutout to Jose, who is incredibly personable and friendly. He remembers me every time I come in, and honestly, they all do. That kind of personal service is rare these days. From a woman’s perspective, it can be hard to find a mechanic you truly trust who won’t oversell you on unnecessary repairs. Welcome Automotive is the exact opposite of that. They are honest, transparent, accommodating, and extremely respectful of the fact that customers have busy work schedules and family lives. On top of everything, they’re veteran-owned, which makes supporting them even better. I’m beyond happy with the service I’ve received and will continue bringing my vehicles here for years to come. They also offer payment options like Sunbit and Affirm, which is incredibly helpful for larger repairs. I was even able to use my Klarna card here. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place to go. If i could give them an infinity star rating I would. This will be your go-to mechanic for years to come if you give them a chance.

We had a really great experience with Welcome Auto! From start to finish, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. They communicated everything clearly and up front, especially when it came to any issues and pricing, which we really appreciated; no surprises. Rios stood out in particular. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle, they had even done a complimentary clean/detail, which was a nice touch.
