ABR Houston saved our lives! The high Houston flood waters damaged our BMW X3. It was a problem that nobody knew how to fix and would cost a lot of money. When my bf called the shop and spoke with Jordan, he knew what the problem was immediately, and how to fix it. We took the X3 to this shop, and they fixed it perfectly for a really fair price. We recently needed some engine work, so we brought the X3 back here! They always do an amazing job with impeccable repairs. We will only bring our car here for any future work. Jordan is literally a lifesaver that knows everything about European cars! Thank you so much for everything you do! My bf says they are the “BMW Whisperers” and that this should be the only place people bring their Bavarian cars. We will be customers for life! PS - They have the loveliest dog ever! His name is Bones, and he's a very good boy!

I’ve had a great experience with this shop, specifically at their Houston West location. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, especially considering the amount of time, expertise, and diagnostic work that goes into repairing German vehicles. Throughout the entire process, they were very patient with me, took the time to explain what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and kept me informed every step of the way. Rather than rushing through the job, they are dedicated to making sure the vehicle is repaired correctly the first time. At the same time, they work hard to get your car back to you as quickly as possible. I literally took the time to write this long review because they truly deserve it. Good service is hard to find these days, and when you come across a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, it deserves recognition. Their professionalism, commitment to quality, and honest communication truly set them apart. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs.

I was so bummed out as a friend of mine got into my Porsche the other day and yanked on the cup holder and broke it. I called ABR and spoke with Jordan and I made an appointment to find out what ABR could do about it. Upon arrival I met Jordan and he was very friendly. My Porsche was driven into a stall and was being checked out. In the meantime I noticed how nice the lounge in front was. Phone chargers were available, comfortable seating for relaxing or working, refreshing drinks and coffee and this place is so clean that one could eat scrambled eggs made off of the floor. About 10 minutes later the car was returned to the front. Jordan informed me that yes the cup holder was damaged but that they were able to fix it, so no need to return the car for the actual fix. I was thrilled as I reached for my credit card to pay for the service and Jordan said no no - It’s on the house. It was an amazing moment in my car life as something like that hasn’t occurred to me since 1978 when a service writer for a Chevy dealer waived all of the charges ($328) on repairs on my 1978 Silver Anniversary Corvette just because the repairs were not finished on time. Go to ABR for your European car maintenance and repairs - ask for Jordan get treated to an amazing facility, friendly people and great atmosphere. I’m sure that they don’t give away service very often and I am hooked now. I plan to return in 2000 miles for a oil change and anything else that needs attention. Did I write too much?

ABR Houston is truly a testimony of God’s grace and favor. Thank you ABR, but especially Brandon— thank you for being patient, kind, and thorough and explaining me what is going with my vehicle. Thank you for giving me options and time when it came down to fixing my vehicle. ABR replaced my brakes and caliper, new battery with warranty through ABR, along with my vehicle oil change,m for much cheaper than a dealer price on my Mercedes CLA250 2018. Thank you all again from Wilesha, continue doing the work that yall do. Yall truly gained a customer out of me.

Quick response on the phone to discuss the service. Welcomed into a clean professional waiting area, plenty of space and a work area that you can plug your devices into. Service was quick and done professionally. Once complete Brandon went into detail of upcoming services that may need to be done. The shop itself is climate controlled and truly state of the art. Would highly recommend bringing your Mercedes for A or B services. Really can’t beat the price and no hassle.
