Used Byrd for 4 years. They do great work. Tomball shop is awesome. I’ll start with that. Now the bad: This review is specific to their “performance” dept. had a suspension system installed that required welding of radius arms. Was very unhappy with the welds. Looked extremely amateur and unprofessional. Took it back - they said the welds were fine but based on other professional opinions I had them drill some holes for bolts for extra safety and was charged for this. Was expecting much more for what I paid. I suppose they do fine with bolt on stuff. Just don’t let them weld on your vehicle.

Byrd Automotive is the place to go! Great customer service, awesome communication and amazing craftsmanship! First off, I did not mean to but I planned my drop-off day with these guys the same day as a regularly scheduled detail job for this truck. So they got a spotless truck and to my shock, these amazing guys managed to give me back a truck JUST AS SPOTLESS! Beyond that though, These guys get it done and they get it done in the way that is BEST FOR YOU! I needed brakes, thought I knew what I needed, I WAS ABOUT TO DROP $6K ON A BRAKE UPGRADE!! Tim had one conversation with me and knew just what I needed, this great man asked for a few hours to put some things together and let me tell you, when he got back to me, he had it all figured out! Once he called me back and explained his idea, I knew I was in the right hands and let him run with his plan. As expected him and his team did perfect. I really love the braking I've got but more then that, it was the way I got to this point, the great service and even better communication that really stood out for me! BIG HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TIM AND GLENN, Thanks you guys, for the awesome customer service. Tim, I look forward to getting more advice from you in the future, your knowledge in this industry is clearly unmatched!

I prayed to God to find a decent mechanic that did good work. As usual God far exceeded my expectations. I needed a complete brake change. They didn’t just give me a good price, but took the brake system apart cleaned everything up and put it back together. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I have never had such wonderful service from any company. I will bring my car here from now on. It was a complete pleasure receiving service from people who take such pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and nice. The wonderful gentleman in the front office was personable, professional, helpful and easy to talk to. He had awesome communication and kept me informed through the entire process. If you are reading this review just bring your car here. Don’t go any where else.

I want to sincerely thank Byrd Automotive for taking such great care of my Mercedes GLE 350 during its recent service. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism from start to finish. Karah is always awesome and truly a pleasure to see. She went above and beyond to ensure I had transportation available for both drop-off and pick-up if needed, which made the entire process seamless. Because my job requires me to be on the road, it was especially important that my vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently—and she made sure that happened. Thank you, Karah and Glenn, for consistently delivering such a great experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding service.

Quality work, outstanding service, and fair price. I had a 100k service done on my F150 which included timing chain and phaser replacements, new water pump, and a host of other things to include repairing oil leaks. I was impressed by their decision to order OEM parts. Glenn was a pleasure to work with and he sent me detailed pictures of the work in progress. Really impressed by their actions. They have been in business for 38 years which is rare in today’s industry. The owner is a hands on person which is also reassuring. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Highly recommend them.
