I had an excellent experience with the service department while getting my Chevrolet Tahoe repaired. The team handled the rear differential repair professionally from start to finish, and the vehicle now drives noticeably smoother and quieter, almost like new again. A special thank you to my service advisor Jason Melendez, his communication, attention to detail, and overall care were exceptional. He kept me informed throughout and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They even went the extra mile by washing and cleaning the car. Really appreciate the way everything was handled. highly recommend.

Will Salazar was incredibly helpful throughout my entire experience at the Cadillac dealership! When I came in to pick up my title and tags and have them installed (as required in Texas), he was attentive, informative, and kind. Mr. Will consistently checked in, provided regular updates, and clearly explained each document I needed to sign. He also made himself available for any follow-up questions and shared helpful reminders—something I truly appreciated with my busy schedule. Since the week that disestablishment open they have taken care of three different Cadillacs that I own there's always a strong level of respect given by all the employees, there is comfort food while you wait as well as water coffee soda as well as the service that is performed is unparalleled by other Cadillac dealers in Houston's, woodlands, Montgomery, Texas.

I had called Tuesday morning because I noticed my rear passenger tire was slowly leaking air. We have a tire warranty that expires in a few weeks so I figured I would go and take advantage of the warranty we paid. I sat in the lobby for two hours, only to be told that the problem is the valve stem and that this was not covered unless the whole tire is changed out. The tire couldn’t be changed because supposedly it is beyond the tread amount of 3/32, which is hard to believe since this tire was replaced just last year. I was given a quote of $170.69, to change the valve stem. Today I called Discount Tire because my tire is even more low on air, and when I asked “how much?”, you know what the response was….”There is no charge ma’am, we will take care of you, just come on in.” Unfortunately, my husband is living out of town for a year due to work and I am by myself with three kids trying to manage these things and I know that dealerships see women with small children and just see dollar signs because they think we are ignorant. Well maybe that should start changing, because this lady right here knows that a package of valve stems (multiple in the package) costs less than $10. I don’t have the tools necessary to get the car jacked up and change the valve stem or I’d do it myself. Charging $170.69 for this is blasphemy and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Like I tell my children everyday…”Do better and be better, so this world can be a better place!” I challenge you to do the same Bayway! Oh and the cherry on top…they didn’t even air the tires. What a waste of 2 hours.

WORST dealership ever!!! They are GREAT when BUYING your car BUT any routine maintenance service TAKES FOREVER and NO loaner cars unless you book a MONTH in advance and even then sometimes you get there and they say “I’m so sorry but we don’t have a loaner available!” So if paying $120,000.00+ for a car GO ELSEWHERE!!! Northside Lexus and Mercedes dealerships are fantastic!!!
