This is the third vehicle we have bought from BMW of the Woodlands and it confirmed we are dealing with the best possible people and dealership in Texas! The reason we go there is the incredible relationship Todd Burns built with us after we spent time shopping there over a year ago. (Maybe the entire USA!) It was a seamless transaction and negotiation. Todd Burns is an advocate for his customers and we appreciated all The incredible support we had to make the paperwork flow quickly. We now have a beautiful 2026 M5 added to the X7 and X3 he sold us previously. We received a very good offer for the trade-in vehicle, had the opportunity to buy some additional warranties and service options, and were treated incredibly well by everyone we interacted with from the dealership- as always! I recently purchased my fifth BMW from BMW of The Woodlands, and the experience continues to be exceptional. I bought my first BMW there in 2011 with David Quintanilla, and the level of service has been consistently outstanding. The customer service is unmatched, and the entire team always makes the process smooth and enjoyable. Five vehicles later, I can confidently say their professionalism and attention to detail keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI had asymmetric wear on one tyre from misalignment of the suspension. The alignment had been radjusted in the previous visit, but it seems to be an affliction of BMWs and in particular EVs. A friend with an i4 M50 has suffered the same problem. The cost of the replacement tire was as per the internet. Mounting and alignment were additional, but expected. The car was kept in over the weekend as the new tire was not in stock. As before, the service here is excellent. Friendly and proficient.

Kirby is a master technician and did an outstanding job at diagnosing some unknown issues and communicating these. He also got the job done in a timely manner. Jason Roy is the service manager and you could not find anyone better for this job. Jason keeps you informed every step of the way and it is clear that he deeply cares about his clients and the quality of work being performed. All in all this might be the best experience that I have had at this dealership! Well done.
