Outstanding experience from start to finish. They offered me a delicious coffee while I waited, which made everything feel even more welcoming. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently, with no unnecessary delays. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back.

We were repeat customers and had previously been satisfied with Rooster Ridge Car Care Pearland. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I was told my car would be ready the same day. At 7:35 PM, Mr. Edgar Osorio called to say it was finished and asked whether I wanted it delivered or if he should send someone to pick me up. I clearly told him to have a work associate pick me up at my house and drive me back to the shop so I could pay and test drive the car at the shop, and I specifically asked that they not drive it. He said he would send a work associate right away. I waited at home as instructed, expecting someone within a few minutes. i live 3 miles from the shop. After nearly an hour with no update, I called the shop twice. The answering service said the shop was already closed and that she could only send an email. No one contacted us to explain the delay, and I was left waiting outside because I had been told it would only be a few minutes. My wife and I eventually had to leave for the gym because I have health issues, could not keep waiting, and needed to make my scheduled exercise. While she was driving me there, Edgar finally called and said he was only five minutes from my house and coming to pick me up, so we had to turn around and go to the shop. When we arrived, my car wasn’t even there. Later, we saw Edgar and another man driving my car back to the shop, even though we had clearly told them not to drive it. Edgar said they drove the car to my home so i could drive him and his work companion back to the shop to pay the bill. We have no idea how long they had been driving it or where they took it. What disappointed us most was the lack of communication and the manager’s dismissive attitude. There was no sincere apology, no accountability, and no concern for wasting our time or ignoring our instructions. Because of this experience, we will not return and cannot recommend Rooster Ridge Car Care to anyone else.

This review pertains to Rooster Ridge Car Care on Fish Creek Road in Woodforest. I have used these guys since the place opened. Being suspicious by nature, I have always double checked their recommendations and pricing. They are both honest and fair priced. Most recently, we needed some service on our Lexus. They negotiated a price to get the work that was unbelievably reasonable, I could not believe they could do the work for that price! Kevin the Manager is great and Kyle the Service Writer helped us this last time. They have my business as long as they are there. I trust them.

Excellent experience with Serena and the team at Rooster Ridge. After I changed the brake pads on my Jeep, the car threw up ABS and stability control faults that I couldn’t clear myself. They were nothing but helpful, supportive and honest throughout, quickly diagnosed the issue, sorted the fault and got the car back to normal. Really appreciated the friendly attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Jake and all his techs were amazing and did a great job on the work they did on my vehicle!! The 50k mile/ 5 year warranty is something unbeatable and incomparable. I was able to meet the techs and they were able to explain everything clearly and even help me out with price. I would definitely recommend working with Jake and his techs to friends & family.
