The first time I came here just because it was the closest tire place to my work, but my experiences have been so good, I keep coming back. This latest time I was helped by Timothy Norsworthy and he was super helpful, respectful of my time commitments, and just generally very personable. Kenneth did the work on my car and was very quick and thorough. Great experiences all around.
View on GoogleI’ve lived in the Woodlands for 28 years and the Goodyear at Woodlands Parkway and Gosling is my go-to place for car care. I’ve owned five vehicles In that time And they are honest And they’ve always been able to fix the car in a surprisingly short amount of time. I’ve been to other car repair shops - one that is really close to this location and one that’s on the east side of I 45 and been disappointed. Today I Thought I’d just give Toby and Kenneth a great review because I had another great experience with them And I’m just so happy that I found them 24 years ago!
View on GoogleI pulled into this location, 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close on. Friday evening, with a screw in the shoulder of my tire. The tire was leaking air and needed to be fixed right away. Tim, the service advisor, was super patient, assured me they’d stay open as long as needed to take care of me, and just wanted to make sure I got what I needed. He talked me through all the alternatives, with the pros and cons of each. In the end, we concluded that the tire couldn’t be safely repaired and I’d need to buy at least 2 tires (it’s a 4WD SUV). But, they gave me a great deal, and since I already had 40K miles on the original tires, opted to replace all 4 tires. Kenneth, the technician, stayed late to get the job done. He had a great attitude, did not act inconvenienced and, like Tim, just wanted to make sure the job was done right. I was blown away by the level of service. These guys are super professional and truly committed to taking care of their customers. While I was there waiting, they continued to take care of other customers who showed up late, delivering the same great service that I’d experienced. Tim / Kenneth, you guys are the best! Thank you for taking your jobs so seriously. You made a real impression. I’ll definitely be back to see you again for tires and other maintenance!
View on GoogleI brought my car in for a state inspection at Goodyear Panther Creek Pine and had a great experience. The service was fast, efficient, and stress-free , which I really appreciated. Juriod (and the rest of the staff) was friendly and fun, professional, and made my last errand of the day easy from start to finish. Sat down for a coffee (because it was there!) and quickly called up that my car was ready. Thank you for the excellent customer service and speedy turnaround, even as it was late in the day — I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location to others! :)
