I really needed help with my Lexus - my dad was admitted to the hospital and my car was having intermittent electrical issues causing it to shut off randomly as I drove. The team at Clear Choice got me in quickly, found and resolved the issue, and had me on my way in a few hours. Thanks to them, I can safely drive to take care of my dad. I took my car into them for services that the dealer advised I needed. Clear Choice looked over my vehicle and informed me that the most expensive work that was recommended by the dealer was not necessary. They performed the other work I needed timely and charged me a fair and competitive price. They also brought to my attention work that hadn’t been done properly by the dealer. They treated me fairly and with the utmost courtesy. I highly recommend Allen the Service Manager & the whole team of professionals at Clear Choice .
View on Google*This shop failed to adequately perform pre-alignment inspection and/or communicate faults and proceeded to work on my car* With such high ratings, I was instead met with a loss of 200 dollars. It started with me seeking for alignment. The guy there worked on my car and brought the alignment back. Once I drove the car, the alignment was immediately worse than before. After bringing the car to an actual dealership, they were able to quickly find out that the rack and pinion was in a state of wear and tear. *Shops are meant to perform basic pre-alignment inspection before working on alignment.* After coming back with documentation, the man who worked on my car confidently claimed there was no possible way to see that my rack and pinion was worn down. Interesting. Most shops will be able to tell me what’s wrong before performing a 200-300 dollar procedure. Reminder again: shops are meant to tell you if your alignment is unfixable before performing on it. I won’t say much but if you want a place that takes away two hours and hundreds of dollars from you and can’t have the decency to adequately inspect your car, you can do with that what you will.
