I’ve had two major repairs done at Christian Brothers Automotive… the alternator and the A/C compressor ;and I’m incredibly grateful for how attentive the entire team has been throughout both experiences. When my car broke down, they quickly arranged a tow truck and were able to get to work on it, even during the holiday season. Car repairs are never easy or usually stress free but they were patient while working with my warranty company . They kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated the transparency and consistent communication throughout the entire process. I’m especially thankful to the technician, Keith, who took the time to triple-check everything before handing back the keys. He caught another issue that could have put us right back in the shop, and the team made it right before we left. A special thank you to Pierce and Adam for walking me through every step, answering what felt like a million questions, and treating us with kindness!

It is advisable to obtain a quote from this company. Pearce demonstrated exceptional knowledge and assistance in recommending the appropriate services for a 2023 Ford F-150 King Ranch. This service was a comprehensive maintenance procedure at 71,000 miles, encompassing the crankcase, front and rear differentials, transmission service, and brake flush. While their pricing was approximately $250 less than a dealership, the transmission fluid service differed. The dealership recommended removing the oil pan and replacing the filter due to the absence of flushing equipment. However, this procedure does not eliminate all the old fluid in the torque converter, leaving approximately 90% of it. A flush replaces all the fluid and is actually more beneficial for the transmission. CB possesses the necessary equipment to perform this service. Had they removed the pan and replaced the filter, the price would have been significantly higher than the dealership. Therefore, the most cost-effective option was CB. They are a reputable service company that completed all the necessary tasks within a single day. In conclusion, I highly recommend using their services. However, it is essential to obtain at least three quotes for your desired services, as dealerships typically charge higher prices.

If I could give them 7 stars I would. From the first warm greeting on the phone to handing over my car key after service, I have only been given superb customer service. Vanessa & Mia went far and beyond in making sure all my questions and inquiries were answered and addressed accordingly. Follow ups were consistent. Diagnostics were very detailed and transparent. Thanks to Pierce who patiently explained to me the condition of my car and what options I have. They do business and live up to the name, Christian Brothers — they treat their customers like family. They do it with care and trust. This will be my go to car shop - inspections and all. Thank you!

Our experience at Christian Brothers was awesome! They're extremely knowledgeable and efficient, as well as extremely friendly. First, I’d give more than 5 stars if that were an option. I came in because my engine was shaking, and they took such great care of me from start to finish. They made sure my car was repaired and back to me as quickly as possible, and they even gave me rides to and from work when needed while my car was in their care. They were also very flexible about letting me drop the car off, pick it up, and bring it back again later to finish the work. The customer service truly went above and beyond. Yes, I did end up paying a lot, but they were honest enough to realize that one of the things they fixed may not have been the actual cause of the issue I brought it in for. Because of that, they covered those repairs as a courtesy after I explained that things were starting to become overwhelming for me financially on my own. Because of the way they treated me and the integrity they showed, this will be the ONLY place I take my car for service in the future. Highly recommend!
