World Car Nissan - Service

I had a very poor experience with the World Car Nissan service department. I made my appointment a week in advance and brought my Nissan Armada in at 7:00 AM. I was told the service would take about two hours, but I did not get a call until around 1:00 PM. At that point, I was informed that the driver-side airbag recall part was on backorder and that they would call me when it became available. This recall has been out since 2020, so there is no excuse for waiting until the last minute to tell me the part was not available. That should have been checked before I brought my vehicle in. Instead, they wasted several hours of my day for nothing.When I picked up my vehicle, I also found my cabin air filters sitting on the floor with the AC running, which made the situation even worse. That kind of carelessness does not reflect well on the service department. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, poorly communicated, and disrespectful of my time.

Brought my daughters car in for correction of wheel alignment that was performed originally couple of weeks ago. From the minute I arrived at the service bay, all staff members very welcoming and attentive to my need. The service advisor Christopher Villareal, was aware and handled the concern with utmost respect and professionalism. He exhibited excellent communication with me throughout my brief stay as I waited for the repair in their customer lobby. They offered complimentary tea, water and coffee along with WIFI access. The team here at World Car Nissan is very well equipped with proper personnel at every level. Kudos to you all, especially to Christopher Villarreal!!

I dropped off my vehicle at 8 a.m. with a promised 2-3 hour service, meaning pickup around 11 a.m. or 12 p.m. I was told I could text or call for updates and received a service timeline link. However: - I texted multiple times and received no response. - The service link was stagnant for hours and only updated at the end. - I called multiple times and was promised call-backs and rides twice. None happened. By 2 p.m., with no update, I paid $25 for an Uber to retrieve my car myself. - In the end, I picked up my vehicle at 2 p.m., not the promised 11 or 12. It’s important to note that Calvin was very nice and apologetic. I don’t believe he was at fault. Others apologized too, yet nothing positive transpired. I can provide screenshots or call logs if needed. I hope the service improves for others.

My 2026 nissan was having sensors issues, a week after buying it. I called to set up an appointment, they told me to bring it in Friday at 8:30AM. I brought the car in and they looked over it and asked me some questions. I was told it might be ready Tuesday at the earliest but it could be longer. I said that was fine and if I could get a rental car because I have to get to work. I was told they don’t have any at the moment but they would call me later on when they have one. I never got a call about a rental call the whole weekend so I had to ask my friends and family for a ride to work, this caused me to be late to work. I got a call Monday morning that my car was ready and to come pick it up. I asked my friends and family if that can take me but everybody was busy. I called a few times to see if I can get a shuttle but nobody answered. I was able to get a ride the next day to pick up my car.

The younger guy in parts was very helpful; provided a quote for services need now and later fast and explained everything well. Cost is reasonable. When we walked in we were passed on to 4 different people before we spoke with the guy in parts. That could have been handled better. It did seem like unless you were buying a car people did not want to take the time to direct you to the correct person so they just passed you over to the closest person. This is how we went through 4 people in 10 minutes.
