I saw a truck that I wanted to look at, but I live in Houston. Alex was kind enough to hold it for me until I could drive out there the next day. The truck was exactly as described in the ad. Super clean, no issues. Jesus and Gilbert were very helpful, friendly, and honest. I bought the truck and drove it 180 miles back to Houston that same day, through traffic, for the ultimate test drive, and it drove beautifully. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I would gladly drive out there to give them my business again in the future. Thanks guys!

I hate writing one star reviews or reviews in general but I’m sad. My boyfriend has been going through hell and back with his cars. Few months ago his car was totaled due to a hit a run, then he got this amazing truck that helped with his business, paid for brand new tires because over time each and everyone of them got flat, then after few months the truck simply stops running engine died. It was going to cost a fortune to fix the truck. Out of desperation because at this point he needed a car (we don’t care what it was as long it was running) since he quit his good paying job and is now a college student in a university he ended up picking a car from Fénix dealership. Long story short he went to pick up this vehicle from this dealership, I was so excited!!! The car was so cute. But I was happy it was a car that actually turned on!!! I loved it but unfortunately the car engine light has came on three days later and then the next day the window won’t go up. Now I don’t care about the window not working it is whatever because I understand this is not a new vehicle minor things come up. But for the check engine light to turn on right after he got it that is where I believe they should have not even bother trying to sell the car to someone and try to resolve it. Now my boyfriend is overwhelmed he is a U.S veteran and almost missed going in base because the car was already acting out. He is extremely stressed with other things in his life and doesn’t want to deal with the stress of this new car on top of everything else. He is in a tough situation that at this point he is forced to be fine with driving his new car until it dies on him soon. The light is already on the 3rd day. I just hope new customers can thoroughly check the vehicle before getting them. And I hope Fénix dealership can make sure before selling cars to hard working people that they can at least sell a car where the lights and problems won’t start turning on as soon as you drive away and paid the price. I’m sure the people that sells the car are lovely (I wasn’t there when he picked it up) but I have to go with what I’m currently seeing with my boyfriend new car. I just want him to have a car that works idc what it is. I pray they can help him out I truly do.

I had an excellent experience at Fenix Auto Sales! I was in and out within 30 minutes, and the entire buying process and paperwork were smooth and efficient. They let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted, which was really appreciated. Everyone, including the owner Alex, was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They even topped off the fluids for me since I live two hours away in Corpus Christi. The car drove smoothly home! Highly recommend this dealership!
