Great experience from start to finish. Rosalyne was very helpful and knowledgeable, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. A sign had flown up on the highway and hit our truck, breaking the mirror and scratching our window, but they made the repair an easy and seamless experience. Great work. Our truck looks absolutely perfect now!

The paint job on my vehicle (2019 black Corolla) looks flawless—like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Their customer service is even better: friendly, professional, and always kept me in the loop with prompt updates. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Roslyn and her team were honest, takes their time, and truly cares about your vehicle. What I appreciated most was the consistent updates throughout the process and they even cleaned it after the job was done. If you ever need a reliable body shop, I 100% recommend them. I used this company because the lady that had hit me had Tripple A and they had recommended it. I did not know it would be such a nightmare. They had missed spots in the paint, there were scratches and gouges in the fresh paint and the black alloy wheels were repainted but were done horribly . There was dirt and specs under the paint. There were text updates which were nice but I don’t think that they were correct. The estimator did not communicate well and every day that I called they said it would be done by the end of the day. Every time it was a different excuse. I was understanding at first but then it became a problem. My estimator told me it would only take 2 weeks and I am on week four. This morning I called and asked when my car would be done, and they told me that the tec just needed to put the bumper back on the car. I decide to drive over there and see what is going on and my car is still not ready. The lady up front told me that it had just come out of paint and the bumper would take 4-5 hours to cure. And that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I come back right before closing because these people don’t like to call and tell you what is going on. And they had broke the piece that connects the bumper to the fender. And will need to order the part. My estimator said my car will be done tomorrow but at this point I doubt it. They couldn’t even call and say not to comeback today because something happened???? I knew I should have read the reviews on this place but I just wanted my car to be fixed :/ I am really disappointed in the service and product. They will probably auto generate a response like I’m sorry about that we strive to be great or some bs. But they need to crack down on the techs to do better work.
