I cannot say enough good things about the crew at Lifted Trucks in San Antonio. Before I even stepped foot on the lot, I was on the phone with the sales team validating every detail, and they were 100% straightforward with me from the jump. I set an appointment with Alfred, and man, the dude just killed it. He was honest with me every step of the way, and I gave him that same respect regarding exactly what I was looking for. Alfred did all the legwork to find a truck that nailed both my wants and my needs perfectly. He didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want or just "sell" me—he actually listened. He even accommodated my tight schedule and had everything ready to rock and roll the second I was available. The manager and the finance department were awesome too, showing absolute honesty and great personalities throughout. After being screwed over by other dealers in the past, finding a team this transparent was a game-changer. I am beyond stoked about the whole process and I’m proud to be part of the Lifted Trucks family. Huge thank you to Alfred for knocking it out of the park and getting me into my new F350 Platinum. I’m from Texas but I work in Arizona and with the help of Gerald we were able to come up with a great deal for both of us. He got my new truck to Arizona and didn’t have to deal with a single thing besides sign from home. Gerald made everything nice and easy and it worked out great!

They made my experience in vehicle buying an enjoyable experience. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service ever. Update. I left the above review after purchase of the truck on 1-31-26. Wasn’t able to pick up until 2-7-26 cause of my work schedule. Picking up the vehicle could not have been easier . Truck was sitting out front when I rolled up. Was a breeze to pick up.
