This was the best inspection experience I've ever had. And i've been driving for over twenty years. Darren was so kind and accommodating. Very communicative and personable. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. It was nice and quiet, had coffee, water, restroom and quick, kind service. WILL BE GOING BACK.

The manager, Jesse, was very attentive and understanding with what I wanted, explained everything very well, overall good front desk experience! Their lobby was super comfortable, really nice little coffee area, super clean bathroom, just very comfortable! The service itself was nice and thorough; they completed a multipoint inspection of all the fluids, filters, my tires and brakes, just overall gave me a quick thorough rundown of the condition of my vehicle and actually brought to light some things I need to get done soon that I wouldn’t have known without them!! Overall my experience was great, the have Groupons which is a bonus with the economy right now, and they have little seat covers and floor mats to keep my car nice and clean which was very considerate. Overall personally rate a 10/10!!
View on GoogleI visited this location for an oil change and, during my service, the power unexpectedly went out due to a car accident in the area. Unfortunately, this caused a significant delay, and since my vehicle was already on the lift, I was unable to leave until service could be completed. Despite the circumstances being completely beyond their control, the manager did an excellent job keeping customers informed throughout the situation. He was transparent, professional, and took the time to provide regular updates, which I greatly appreciated. His communication and customer service helped make an inconvenient situation much easier to understand. Once service was completed, I also received a detailed report outlining recommended maintenance items for future visits. While the delay was unfortunate, I was impressed with the staff's professionalism and the manager's commitment to keeping customers informed during an unexpected event.

My Service Advisour was Darren he was very knowledgeable and very helpful with me asking certain questions. He also was very friendly and Courtesy keep coming and following up with me and another customer on how long with had left for them to finish up. I am a older person and I really enjoy the way I was treated. Also I have coffee and watch Tv and Relaxes. I highly recommend Sun Auto Service for the work and the Good atmosphere they provided. I give a 10 score

Jesse the manager, and the mechanics were very easy to work with and the customer service was great , and they made sure my vehicle was ready to go upon delivery. I would recommend as they did a good job diagnostics and repairs.
