We were traveling out of state and our truck alternator went out. They met us at our vacation rental and fixed our truck in the driveway! Super professional and knowledgeable about vehicles. Friendly and super nice guy! Very reasonable price too! We highly recommend Stewart Butler Mobile Mechanic!!! We'd like to give him 10 stars 🌟
View on GoogleI have trust issues with mechanics so it's very hard for me to let a new person touch my vehicle but Butler's was very helpful. I called needing urgent service on a friday morning in Bayclif as I was told my alternator was bad by Advanced Auto and Autozone diagnostics. I wanted to keep my oem alternator so had Butler's MM (Stewart) remove it so I could have a specialist refurbisher examine it. Come to find out there was no issue with my alternator so I needed Stewart to come back and re-install. It was a long day but I appreciated Stewart's help and communication. He ran his own diagnostic and found my battery was draining but mainly with my headlights on. I was worried about Advanced Auto honoring my warranty as the battery was 7 months old and tested fine there that morning. However he offered to go with me to the store to ensure they'd honor the warranty. This was above and beyond. Then sure enough after getting the new battery put in, he tested again and the voltage increased as we turned on the headlights on (what is supposed to happen). I was really happy to have the issue fixed. When another issue occurred later that I had a nearby shop diagnose, Stewart was incredibly helpful and gave me honest insight into fair pricing. He is at the top of my list to call for the next time I need work done and I recommend his service. He has a calm and kind demeanor and I feel he is one of the rare mechanics that has integrity. Thank you for all your help 🙏

(99 Honda Accord LX, and 08 Chrysler Town and country Touring) I would like to recommend Butlers mobile mechanic to anyone looking for a good quality mobile mechanic who is great at his job, and his prices are reasonable. I'll guarantee you will call again
View on GoogleBest mechanic ive ever used.i was stranded on vacation so he fit me in quickly. most efficient and fast mechanic I've ever seen.all other mechanics around houston and galveston areas said 4 to 6 hours.he did it in 2 hours. 6 plugs removed manifold to get at plugs and coli pack.so because quickly done he was way cheaper than any other mechanic. Thank you very much
