I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was their shuttle service. They provided me with a ride home from the shop, and the driver was very polite and professional. She also kept me updated about her arrival time, which made the whole process convenient and stress-free. The service was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle has been running great since. It’s hard to find trustworthy auto shops these days, but this location definitely earned my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly automotive service.

I appreciate the pictures and video of my multi point inspection. I see many things I will be repairing as soon as possible. I will feel good about referring those that need auto care. View on GoogleCarlos and the other staff member present was very nice and professional. The waiting area was amazing compared to other sitting areas. Every question that I had was answered. Carlos was very patient with me regarding my questions. Carlos even transported me to and from MD appointment nearby which I am grateful for because I needed my car done and I couldn't miss my appointment. Very accommodating!! I had my front/back brakes and rotors replaced. I also had an oil change done. I must admit I was upset at the price but it needed to be done. As far as my research was done it was a fair and reasonable price. I will be returning for future services April 19 I originally gave a good review. Upon backing out if my driveway I heard a noise under my car. I had an oil change and they did not secure my cover under my car. It is hanging and now I have to pay someone to secure it. I live on Crystal Beach and cannot make a trip back to Christian Brothers and I work Mon-Fri until 6pm. I'm pissed and disappointed. April 22 Thanks Carlos for coming through and correcting the issue immediately. I appreciate it. Your office will CONTINUE to receive my business for any car that I possess. I cannot thank Christian Brothers enough for their speedy response on this matter. Thanks again!!!
