When it comes to mechanics, the most important thing above, all is honesty and integrity. People that aren’t mechanically inclined such as a real mechanic can very easily be duped into purchasing things that they don’t need to get and ripped off. Which is why I’ve always used pander automotive. He’s always been honest and carried himself with respect and dignity, which I find the most important thing in both life in a mechanic. After taking my car to the pander automotive, my overflow reservoir was accidentally left off and coincidentally my alternator went out at the same time. There was no way to know whether it was my power steering reservoir that did it and it was a coincidence or if it was the radiator fluid that did it. But pat did the right thing and he fixed it. Paid for the alternator fixed it and made it right. Mistakes happen. But the most important thing is being honest and handling things maturely and respectfully. Even though this mistake has happened I would always really still bring my car back to pander automotive because of the way it was handled. Thank you, pat for handling it the way you did. It meant the world to me at a time when times were tough. If there’s ever any doubt on where to bring your car, stop debating and bring it to pander automotive.
