I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Complete Auto Repair. This shop was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! Their customer service was prompt, quick and friendly. I received a call (same day) after my car was assessed. The quote was transparent and detailed. We even discussed additional repairs in-person. Prices are some of the best I’ve paid! They were able to accurately diagnose and repair / replace my suspension stabilizers, shock absorbers, valve cover gasket, alignment and oil change. My 2012 car is driving like new! Brought in for A/C repair. They replaced part of the system (the compressor) and gave us a "discount" of about $800 in labor, bringing our total down to $2000 (which is pretty telling of how overpriced they are). System still wasn't working correctly, so we brought it back before the warranty was up. The first time they filled the lines with UV to look for a leak. We brought it back about a week later. An employee verified it wasn't working correctly just before closing, but then they called first thing in the morning and said everything was fine. Brought it in one last time a couple days later when it obviously was not working (and now smelled really bad from the destroyed compressor). They replaced the compressor again and then finally determined they needed to switch out the condenser as well, for an additional $800 (putting our total at about $2800). We opted not to do that and finally took it to another shop that determined the AC lines were extremely overpressurized (too much freon), and that the entire system should've been replaced at the same time. The new shop replaced the entire system with no discounts for $2000. Complete Auto Care did refund $600 under warranty for the compressor, but we are still out $1400. Their work was faulty and should have been covered under warranty as well. I only gave 2 stars because we received a partial refund.
