Unbeatable Service – Kristina Parker is the GOAT I honestly cannot imagine a better service experience than what I had with Kristina Parker at Grapevine Toyota. From the jump, she was incredibly thorough and explained exactly what my Supra needed in a way that was easy to digest—no confusing jargon. She clearly knows her stuff because she saw my car and immediately knew I’d want it looking pristine, so she walked me through the detailing tiers. She even took "before" photos so I could really see the difference, which I appreciated so much. On top of that, she offered to set me up with a loaner for future visits and even went the extra mile to check with the technicians to see if they could install a third-party dash cam I found online—something most dealerships wouldn't even bother investigating. She’s super friendly—it felt like catching up with an old friend rather than a transactional dealership visit. Hands down the best service I've ever experienced. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment now. Ask for Kristina!

I should have taken my car to Toyota of Richardson, or literally any other shop. This "service" department is not it. I brought my 2003 4runner in because water had been getting in the cabin. They determined that the cause was due to a non-OEM windshield. They then said the windshield needed would take 14 to 21 days to get onsite. Cool, no problem. They asked to keep my vehicle there to prevent further damage, I agreed to let them keep it until the windshield arrived. The windshield didn't arrive in the timeframe stated, which would have been fine if literally ANYONE from the service department would have communicated that. Anyway, I call twice after the 21 day period. The folks who answer the phone are either not able or willing to provide an update and advise that they will pass a message along to my service advisor who, they say, will call back same day. Guess what? Several days, no call back. I email said service advisor and finally receive a call back. Advisor states he called on Monday. I have no missed calls or voicemail. Anyway, the day is finally here, I can pick up my 4runner. Service advisor (another one, mine was not there) hands me my keys, I pay the bill and find my own car. After driving it back to work, I am disappointed to see glass shards on the dash and on both side of the front floor board. More disappointing, I notice that they left my vehicle outside for the five-ish weeks it was there. The floorboard in the back and under the back seats were both damp. The outside of my car was filthy. Prior to handing the car over to them, I had literally just run it through a car wash to determine that water was, in fact, leaking in the cabin area. The whole idea of letting the shop keep my 4runner while waiting for the windshield was to PREVENT ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. This is completely and totally negligent. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. ADDITIONALLY, my vehicle has been almost exclusively dealership maintained. You really should have seen the laundry list of unnecessary services that they were trying to pull over on me. I own 2 Toyota and will recommend against this dealership and service department to literally anyone who will listen.

I brought my Electric car for service. The person that received my car tried to upsell me: -Wheel alignment because it had more than 15k. Tires came perfect, and i didn't have any "symptoms". -oil change. I told him twice that it was an EV and didn't have oil. -fuel filter. Was he trying to sell me a surge suppressor? Anyway, i left the cart, 1:30h later i got it back. DIRTY. Kia Carrolton washes the cars. Toyota Lewisville washes the cars. Here they just don't. The positive thing from this place is the coke soda fountaint that lets you choose any kind of drink.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership three years ago, and based on my recent experience with their service department, I would seriously question returning or recommending them. I brought my car in for what appeared to be a minor issue, yet it took five days to complete. No proper explanation was given for the delay, and there was no sense of urgency or respect for my time as a customer. They also regularly send flyers advertising brake pad service specials. However, when I asked about the offer, the service advisor told me the price was per axle, which contradicts how the promotion is presented. This feels misleading and creates confusion about the actual cost. In addition, I asked whether my brake pads had been inspected during my visit, and no one could give me a clear answer. This lack of communication, transparency, and attention to basic service details is unacceptable. What is most disappointing is that this is the same dealership I trusted enough to purchase my vehicle from. Customers expect honesty, clear information, and professional service. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not reflect those standards. I understand no business can satisfy everyone, but accountability and transparency should always come first. Based on this experience, I hope the dealership takes steps to improve how they treat and communicate with their customers.

What should have been a quick 30-minute oil change and tire rotation took a full two hours. The work was fine, but the wait time was completely unreasonable for basic maintenance. Be prepared to lose a chunk of your afternoon if you come here.
