I love Auto Improvements. They were recommended to me by a friend. I’d taken my 2007 Toyota Sienna to two other mechanics, and the problem was not fixed. Auto Improvements correctly diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. They fixed what two other garages couldn’t figure out. I now have a 2007 Mazda CX-7. It had an oil leak and they fixed that. About two months later, I took it back in on suspicion. Of an oil leak. I live in apartments, and it’s hard to know if the puddle of oil is from my car or someone else’s. Auto Improvements said my car is not leaking oil, only seeping. And that’s pretty normal for a 19 year old vehicle. They didn’t recommend spending a fortune to fix a small seepage. Rodney has worked with me in ways I’ve never experienced from a mechanic shop. He says he’d rather treat people right and have repeat business. “Customers for life.” He has one in me.

9/4....had an occasion to need services today. Rodney and I were talking and he mentioned he wanted a community shop with lifetime customers. He has definitely hit it out of the ballpark on both counts. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Love Rodney and his team!!! Previous post: I cannot believe I haven't posted a review on this organization. These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Most of my experiences have been with Rodney. I cannot tell you how customer driven he is. Not to mention full of integrity. I have come to definitely trust Rodney Today...my car was fixed by Peter. More customer awesomeness and integrity. LOVE THIS PLACE. View on GoogleThe car was diagnosed and repaired right for engine overheating. There was substantial markup on parts price so reduced a star for it. But overall the car is good so i am good. Thank you. Update: I checked quote from other shop and they quoted similar for parts. So probably its common with that kind of markup on parts. So making it 5 star.
