I had an excellent experience with Carl from the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Carl took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle without making me feel overwhelmed. The communication throughout the process was outstanding, and they made everything simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. It’s hard to find a repair shop that is both knowledgeable and honest, but Bragg’s Tire definitely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time coming here, and it certainly won’t be my last. I’ll be returning for all of my future car maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommend Carl and the entire team!

I am so glad that Blagg was recommended to me by a friend. My first visit was to have my car checked over to make sure everything still looked good after I rear ended someone at a low speed before an upcoming road trip. They only charged me for one hour of labor and were so understanding and affirming of my concern. My latest visit was for an oil change and state inspection. Upon doing a full check of my car, they brought it to my attention that my battery was no longer charging like it should. I was invited (Invited!) to come around the desk as they explained to me what the graphs and levels I was looking at meant with regards to normal and where my battery was. This was a very unexpected expense that I wasn’t ready for and they were patient with my questions and concerns because of the price of the battery I was going to need. They didn’t hesitate to say they’d call the dealership to see if they had a better price than they had. The dealership did and it was no problem for the guys at Blagg to send someone to pick it up even though they technically would be losing money by doing so. My battery had legitimately run it’s likely course because it was a four year battery and with seeing the levels, I knew the diagnosis wasn’t motivated by anything else than honest disclosure. I recently moved to the area and had to leave my awesome auto shop I had, but I’m so glad Blagg was recommended to me. They are just as welcoming as I was used to as well as have the integrity I was used to as well because you unfortunately still have to be wary as a woman that things aren’t going to be sold to you that you don’t need. I know this was a novel but Blagg will be the only place I take my car. Their full synthetic oil changes are also a little cheaper than what I was used to paying too so bonus there!

I came in for a 4 wheel alignment + oil change appointment. The staff was all very friendly and Carl at the front desk gave great service. They did ask me about getting my air filters changed like you might expect at other auto shops, but I really appreciated that they didn't push about it after I refused the first time. I also appreciated that service was finished about 30 min sooner than the estimate I was given! Will definitely be returning in the future

I took my 2012 Ford F150 in for its regular maintenance. We changed the spark plugs, changed the fluids, replaced the air filter, and also got an alignment done. Levi helped me choose the best parts for my truck, and I'm very grateful to him and his whole team; they're great!

Yesterday I stopped at Grapevine Farmers Market, when leaving my truck wouldn’t start. I’ve been a Blagg client for some time so rather than call my auto club I called Blagg. Two lovely mechanics walked two blocks with a jump, then immediately took us in for a new battery. Less than 1 hour and I was back on the move. These guys are great! Highly recommend them for any auto work!
