Avondale is a outstanding place to have your car repaired. FYI, I am an extremely particular critical type of client. When it comes to auto body repair, these guys did an outstanding job! It's like the accident never even happened and dealing with Raul Romero was an outstanding experience. He was cooperative, professional and really enhanced my experience at Avondale body shop. I highly recommend this facility and their personnel if you want attention to detail. Outstanding job Avondale & all involved. 🥇

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience with Advondale Collision Center. They attempted to charge my insurance company over $13,000 to repair a bumper—yes, just the bumper. Because the repair estimate exceeded 50% of my vehicle’s value, my insurance company had no choice but to total out my car. There were no engine, transmission, or alternator issues—nothing that would justify such an inflated cost. What’s worse, Advondale made no effort to work with my insurance provider to reach a fair, industry-standard price. Their lack of transparency and cooperation cost me my vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest or reasonable service. VW

I was recommended by Tyler Baker in Lexus Grapevine to contact A.J. from Avondale for my mother's Lexus. I called A.J., who set up an appointment ASAP to get my mother's vehicle started. Arriving there, I was treated very kindly and respectfully by all staff. Before meeting A.J., I was helped by CJ in Enterprise, who explained to me the rules of the rental, and it was A.J. who got me a BMW X1, which I was not expecting at all. A.J. covered that rental, which I was shocked but grateful for. C.J. showed me the vehicle, as I've never driven a BMW before. He was very kind, and we made conversation as we were looking through the vehicle, and, rules for the rental ( I asked him what kind of gas was required, as I didn't want to fill it up with the wrong type of gas). A.J. showed up, and we inspected my mother's car as we looked at what State Farm sent their estimate, as they put what they wanted the Lexus's repair to be like. But A.J. saw that more work needed to be done, and it would cost more than what State Farm was going to send. He reassured me that he would fight to make sure we get what was needed, as State Farm would no doubt want to know what more work needed to be done to the Lexus. He also explained that there might be chance I pay a bit over than my deductive, and I told him I would pay over if needed. He explained the contract I was signing, and initializing, as I was not just signing without knowing what I was getting into if an issue comes up. I didn't know there was going to be an update on a daily basis over the repair process, and I was happy to know, as I didn't want to call in to check how it was going. I don't like to pressure customer service as I wanted them to take their time fixing the vehicle. A.J. who sent email, text message, and phone calls over the status of the Lexus, which was a reassurance I needed. Overall, I understood it would take time, and I was in no rush to get the vehicle ready. Until the day I got a phone call from A.J. saying the Lexus was ready, and I was excited to get my mother's vehicle back. I arrived before he left the office dropping off the BMW with a full tank of gas, as I didn't want to leave it empty for the Avondale team having to go get gas so they can get the rental ready for the next client who needed it. The BMW was taken in by Collin, who notified me that State Farm didn't cover the last 2 days of the rental, and I needed to call them to update them on it. (I did call them the next day to inform them-Shout out for Collin for helping me with that info). Alejandra took care of me in the front desk as she made sure the payment was cleared, and gave me the paperwork for my records as she reassured me that A.J. would come by, as I turned around the Lexus was already parked there with A.J. I met A.J. outside who showed the final result of the repair for the Lexus, and by far it looked so fresh, and perfect as if it came from the factory brand new. We talked about the car for a bit, and made small conversation. I assured him I would write my whole experience my mother, and I went through with Avondale, and I would give out a long review over how perfect this started to how it ended with no mistakes. Everyone in Avondale who helped me since the beginning of the repair process to the end where I picked up the Lexus was the best. I also want to acknowledge the team that A.J. worked with in repairing the Lexus, these guys are professionals, and they deserve the acknowledgment and respect for their craft and work. A.J. was by far what represents the best service, but especially as someone who I see as the face for Avondale, as you expect from a repair center all other repair centers should follow. I will recommend people to this Avondale location in Grapevine. I live an hour away from them, but it was worth the drive, and experience, as I want them to have someone like A.J. who brings service, kindness, and respect to those that need it, because in times where our vehicle gets damaged we want to keep their business alive with positive reviews.

We have great coverage… but of course, our vehicles have been hit while parked! Fortunately those that hit our car had insurance too. We have two Lexus and will only take our vehicles to Avondale. We also only work with Cale, what a great representative! His communication is always thorough and such a friendly rep to work with. He gives solid advice and advocates through insurance companies. Front desk people always provide great customer service too.

I experienced my first car accident a few weeks ago. Despite the damage being minor, AJ walked me through the process in detail and still took my repair just as seriously as if there had been major damage. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and thorough, while still being kind. His communication was top tier and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. The front desk staff were always nice when I spoke with them and on check out. I highly recommend this shop based on their professionalism and my experience with AJ. The process was much less stressful because of this location. If I ever need repairs in the future, I will come back here.
