WOW - Hard to find business's like this anymore. Now I see why they are rated at 4.9 and should be a 5.0!!! I had an expensive bar stool chair weld break. I called them up and they said bring it on down! I was met by Jeff with an eagerness and attitude to help me. It didn't take him long to see why and where the weld broke. He was right on it while I waited! Is that nice or what, he jumped right on it. When he brought it back, he ground down the weld and yes - even painted it black. JEFF NOT ONLY FIXED IT BUT MADE IT LOOK BETTER THAN WHEN WE BOUGHT THEM NEW! You can see both of them in the picture, the chair with the ugly weld on top is the way we bought it, Jeff's weld is smooth and painted. If you need any work from Mufflers to welding, these are your guys! GO without hesitation. Also - the price he charged me was more than fair!!!! Thank you Jeff!!!!

Price is reasonable. Service is fast. I brought a 14 passenger bus used to transport seniors in and they had it done the next day. I can not tell you how grateful we are for fixing our vehicle so quickly.

All practical solution of course coming from smart, nice and helpful people (Jeff and Weston) 4. Any exhaust issue, check local body shop first, B&G Mufflers is highly recommended. Details as below: Dropped off my perfectly running 2015 Pilot at a Honda sdealership (North Richland Hills) for a timing belt replacement, and out with a leaked exhaust. Stealer ship refused to do anything without replacing the whole exhaust for $2890. Can you imagine replacing the whole house drain pipe only for a section leak underneath the bathtub? That left me no choice but checking the local body shop and found B&G with very good feedback. The only thing was most of the review was dated. Called in at 8am, setup an appointment with Jeff. Took a test drive with Weston, and pointed out the noise. Left the store and got a call back in 40 minutes with a reasonable price (less than 15% of sDealeshipr's quote) and solution. Returned around noon and test drove confirmed noise was gone. Car running as good as before. Definitely would come back if there is future need with exhuast or other things.
